Staff from kitchen, housekeeping, reception, most especially the bellboy and guards are all courteous. Manager in charge was Grace. Gave us a php400 coupon to be used at Dash. You can earn SMAC points aside from their Radisson hotel rewards program. Smoking area is across the hotel where parking area is located. Stayed in a junior suite for 5d/4n. The room is squeaky clean, the pool was nice. Not much traffic in 2 elevators serving 6 floors. Easy access to SM mall (mall access door operates at 10am - 10pm), no need to go out in the street. Room service provides free ice bucket, kitchen staff was nice to cook for us chorizo negrense with a php150 fee. Hope you can provide option for mattress topper. The mattress is super hard, gave me back pain. The 2 pillows, even if it was placed on top of each other falls flat. Wish you could add more bathrobe hooks in the bathroom, there's only one hook in the junior suite bathroom. …

The staff is very accommodating from reception to guard, and room service. I had a pleasant stay with my family. Staff are all very polite and greet you every time you come across them. Very clean. Special thanks to Paula, Paolo, Karla and their guard they are all very helpful.

The overall check in experience was great! Bags were handled appropriately and staff were courteous and knowledgeable.Breakfast was excellent. The AC in our room would not cool down no matter how low we put it and seemed to self-regulate although it was not on a cycle and is centralized. When i checked in again to another room a week later, that AC was fine.

Comfort, convenience, and kind staff enhanced our stay here in Bacolod while on business. The beds and bedding were comfortable (and I'm very picky when it comes to pillows). Our housekeeping staff, Jori, Madoa, and Ryan, were amazing as were all of the staff in the hotel - so friendly and helpful. I was concerned about international plugs and adapters, but the hotel has USB ports as well as plugs that work for US devices. I was able to plug in my Macbook without having to use an adapter. The hotel gives the option to add on the breakfast buffet, which I highly recommend. There's a great variety in the food served and unlike hotel buffets in the US, many of the dishes change each day. We also dinner ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of times. Their chicken inasal was delicious as was the fish I had. Park Inn is also attached to the SM mall, giving you convenient access to stores and several restaurants. …

I've stayed at this property a handful of times over the past two years. When I arrive, several of the staff greet me and my family by name. When I reached out by email, the general manager took care of my reservation. When we arrived, Phillip made welcome drinks for my whole family (after greeting us by name). Every staff member was friendly, genuinely helpful, and took care of my family like they truly valued us staying with them. I travel professionally - this is the best treatment I have received anywhere around the world. Truly top notch!
