We had a day out with the family. There are three pools, several slides and a lazy river. The kids had a great time. A few comments It was good to rent a Nippa hut so we had somewhere to store our stuff There is very limited food available in the place so make sure you take food with you (there is a small mall just outside) They charge you corkage for beer and soft drinks (which I thought was a bit off as they really are only set up for picnicers The child rate is only really available for very young children.

It was my friend who recommended this place to me. Accommodation was simple but nice and comfortable and budget friendly. The room we had was right across the swimming pool, which was quite big with nice Caribbean pirate motif, sunken ship, pirate statues, etc. The resort is also very accessible from the main road. The staff were friendly, too. Thumbs up!

I arrived late, after the rest of my party, but the front desk lady quickly located them and stamped my hand. Rooms were about what you would expect for this price level in Bacolod - nothing fancy, quite basic, but does the job. The pools are fairly clean. The slides were operating and there are more at the back, around the corner, which are not obvious from the main area. It looks like with a bit more work this could be a great place for kids. The resort is directly opposite a small mall. Within 5-10 minute walking distance there are a number of bars and restaurants, including at least 1-2 open for breakfast. Despite the proximity to bars, the noise level in the resort was peaceful. We were there in rainy (off) season though, so things could be different in the dry season.

Swimming is free good for 2 when we booked at Kundutel as it is of same owner. When i accompanied my kids to availed of the free swim, the front desk lady would not allow me to go inside the pool without paying for my self. What the heck??? I explain to the staff that I have no plan of swimming. The purpose is just TO ACCOMPANY MY 2 YOUNG KIDS INSIDE JUST TO MAKE SURE NOTHING WONT HAPPEN TO THE THEM. I was so disgusted with the way the front desk deals with us. We ended up not availing the FREE swimming. Nice one! While the management has its own sets of rules, the lack for consideration related to the safety of those who used their facility is less of its concern as shown by the lack of trainings for good customer relation by its front desk staff and even the security guards. Perhaps its just the profit from its customers that is what they cared for. I for sure wont recommend this resort to anyone. …

Been here a few times. Afew Character-themed Pool to choose from; Staff are friendly and accomodating. A perfect fmily get away, Children are quite entertained. Room rates are moderate, Beds are spacious enough. They don't serve meals, but there is now a Mall just accross the road where there's a few food places to choose fro.

Booked a 3rd floor room for 6 and were able to fit in 2 more foam mattresses to accommodate all the fam. Staff were great, helpful ka'ayu! Park was full of stuff for kids to do - heaps of slides and rides for all ages... we found more in the a.m. around the corner inside the park that the kids haven't even found on the first day as they were so busy with the first 2/3 of the park. Small mall directly across the road with usual fast food outlets and supermarket. The adults went to a nearby rests-bar for some great charcoal cook and cold beers... great nights and days; highly recommended for Pinoy style weekend.

Wide park for swimming with kids or for all families. Just within the city, you can easily buy food outside and go back. They have new attraction as well which is the slide for adults and kids. THere is playground for kids as well. Indoor playground and pool.

It seems Carribean Waterpark and Resotel offers the best deal when it comes to Family Vacation most of the rooms are actually for bigger groups or good for family who needs more sleeping space. I advice do NOT EXPECT the UNEXPECTED. You can actually have Free passes here if you are a Guest at Kundutel probably just 2 minutes away walking area and just on the same ground which is the Goldenfield Commercial Complex.

It's water park and many locals rent shacks around the pool area. The room has lots of insect 🐜 , good large size, very noisy cleaning staff , playing loud music as early as 8 am, the trolley is too noisy when passing by my room, many kids swimming and shouting, the swimming pools lack of cleaning and maintenance. no kettle in the room, old type TV, window type AC, has safebox. the toilet is too old, dirty, dirty shower curtains, no hand held wash, old linens, old and small towels, water pressure very good, location is good. The window wooden louver with gaps, no privacy.

This place would give Anthony from Hotel Impossible absolute heart failure. Its a waterpark with hotel attached. The waterpark has lots to do for most ages, albeit some if it looks a little rundown. The outside of the buildings are painted an institutional cream and some of the surrounding areas look very dilapidated. However, thats the good part. The room we had was basic. It was dirty with dead insects and a dead spider on the floor. The fridge was turned off, the tv was microscopic in size, the bathroom was dirty with bad mould on the tiles in the shower and the shower curtain was filthy. The towels were worn out and thin. The bed sheets were likewise thin and past their life. There was no kettle to boil some water and one couldn't be provided, only a thermos of hotish water was given. This place should be avoided for accommodation, it maybe ok as a waterpark, but i can't be sure. …
