I could not find any other word to describe 11th Street B&B but wonderful. Employees including their security guards are friendly and always ready to help. The wait staff are so nice that makes having breakfast which is included with the room rate very pleasant. Food is simple but well prepared by their good cooks. You can eat your meal with convenience and in peace just outside your room. WIFI is excellent and fast. No hotel in the Philippines can beat the WIFI service of this place. The whole place has a very homey ambience and very unpretentious. Employees make you feel at home at 11th Pension House. Nice plants add to a more relaxed feel. The whole place don't look like a pension or a hotel. My room is clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping is always available. Taxi is available. Public transportations are found in Lacson St. Eateries are not a problem. They have their own good laundry service. Seniors are warmly welcome. Pension has 2 floors. No lift but employees are ready to help. I was really amazed with the place and all employees. I will surely stay again at 11th St B&B when I go back to Bacolod. I will look no farther anymore.

A very comfortable place to stay. Comfortable bed, good aircon, very friendly & helpful staff, outdoor tables all around provides a choice of where to sit for meals, Wi-Fi , etc. Great Wi-Fi. Food ok. Only problem is the parking lot which is too small for the number of vehicles. It was a relaxing experience for me and my family. I would gladly return.

The reason why its get full everytime? Because its a budget and comfortable hotel at the same time. Food is readily available. Parking also gets full, you must come early. Been here several times and stayed in different rooms. Very near the city.

My wife and I have stayed at many hotels in Bacolod over the years. This is by far the best value for the money. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food menu is good and the waiters are happy to serve. The atmosphere is overall pleasant and peaceful. I am an American and my wife is Filipina. English is understood and spoken with no problems. The rooms are nice and housekeeping cleans daily. Cab service is a phone call away with the front desk anytime requested. Immigration Office is very close as well as shopping and malls. Security Guards is 24hr and also nice. Free breakfast is included daily and good selection, Makes the start of your day pleasant. We have stayed for weeks at a time here, no problems. I do strongly recommend this 11th Street Bed and Breakfast and will always stay here when needed.

On our 3rd night in Bacolod we decided to check another place to stay somewhere in Lacson St. and there we found 11th street 😍 The place is cozy, I didn't expect to get the best DEAL for our group considering the place and the location itself. We booked their family room (named Crissa) and added extra mattress. Where can you find a 2150 rate for 5pax w/BF excluding airbnb offcourse??-- only in 11th street!! Our beds are comfy with fresh linens and towels. Our check in to checkout was a breeze and staff were friendly and assisted us well. I will defintely recommended you guys! See you again! Cont's: -bathroom cleanliness should be properly maintained. tile grouts were mouldy and needs to be retouched - Showerhead should be cleaned too - hot shower will only take less than a minute - Flat sheets need to be changed too, thin and yellowish in color - because of the ambience you are prone to insects but is not acceptable specially at the dining area, "a cockroach flown in my face" during breakfast 😭 - most of the hotels/inns/pension house, DOT recommended to provide complimentary water as default room amenity (not issue but you might consider)

Dear Guest, We are sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused you. We have been taking steps to further improve cleanliness of the room such as hiring additional 2 housekeeping staff, adding more water filters so that the sheets will not be yellowish due to rust (that is common here in Bacolod), hiring a pest maintenance company which visits 2x a month to control pests and rodents. This was all started during this month of February. As for the water, we encourage guests to buy from the kitchen since our rates is fairly reasonable plus we have free breakfast. Hoping for your understanding. Thank you for the feedback and from this, we will strive to improve. Anica

I could never give a 5 Star. It was supposed to be a good stay but they need to train their employees to be critical on detials. I booked for a 2 Night stay. And the next day they asked me if I would extend my stay and if I did I will need to transfer room. Good thing I have all the transactions on my phone and insisted to stay on the room. I would still come back here and maybe try out the new building.

No one informed us that we could no longer extend our stay because they booked another guest in our room. We were stranded because of the typhoon and stayed here for 2 days up until we could travel. Now we are forced to pack up and look for another place to stay. It would have been ok if My baby was not traveling with us. Thank you for your poor service.

Dear Guest, We are sorry but upon investigation with our front office staff, you were told and you signed the guest info sheet that your stay will just be for one day since most of the time, our place is fully booked. On your 2nd day, front desk informed you that there is a vacant room since once of the guests cancelled. On the 3rd day, you assumed that you have a booking but since the room that you are staying is already booked for another guest, we have to inform you. We are sorry. Next time do book in advance and be since we are always fully booked. Anica

Good central location, walking distance to Provencial Capital and Negros Museum. Parking spaces fill every night. Food and lodging is basic. Good wifi. Our first room located on ground floor, east wing was damp and moldy. Had difficulty breathing after spending the night -- so staff kindly relocated us to a second floor room in the west wing. Much improved!

The location of the Inn is approximately 2-3 minute walk from the main road, a good way to do a walking excercise and enjoy Bacolod air. Indeed, it gives you a homey-feel atmosphere with their converted house/rooms design. Our room and bed is indeed dated nonetheless, it is clean, fresh, and comfortable. Nothing spectacular with the breakfast thou sufficient to give that morning energy. What was highly commendable with this place is the local hospitality. They were very helpful, genuine, and accommodating which you will not find in a bigger and fancy hotel. Truly, I have a second home on my future visit in Bacolod and they will always be my first and only choice.
