My first time in BCD for business and the place is too far from the city center. I also work remotely and I need to have a stable internet . The 4 days that I've stayed I was barely able to be online and do my work so I ended up using my own data. There are no decent channels to watch ,out of the 961 cable channels that they have around 60 plus or so are active and out of 60 channels if not local news you will watch kids channel the rest shows "you are not.subscribed" hahaha :-) I guess you get what you paid for.

I checked in 13th january but their customer service is very poor.. staff SPECIFICALY in the reception are not friendly and feels like they don't have proper etiquette in dealing guests. I recommend that they need to have proper training.

staff was great. very nice and helpful. rooms were pretty nice. tempting to stay and do monthly here. bathroom is spacious enough. great shower with good showerhead and hot water.toilet flushes well. bed is comfy and fluffy pillows. good sleep. ac works great. gets so cold. its next to lasalle so the surrounding area is nice. its good to take a walk. theres a couple options for mass just a short walk away. great experience.

There is no elevator and rooms are on floor 2 to 4... but the bell boy takes care of getting your luggage up. Clean modern roo with nice shower and the best towels I have had at a hotel in ages. 4 soft pillows on a queen bed... very nice. Coffee in room would have been nice as there was an electric kettle. Nice bistro just outside however they don't open till 8am so for early departure you need to travel 500 meter to the McDonald's or Jolly Bee.

I stay at Sukro every time I need a place in bacolod and our recent stay was superb. The room was deluxe queen and was comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated, spacious and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. I checked in late but the staff was very accommodating that they made sure to provide my needs in checking in. The hotel itself is very welcoming and the staff are friendly. Also, they always try their best to provide our requests as much as they can which makes this a very good place to stay. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with a comfortable room and quiet stay, this is the place to be. Over all, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend this to solo travelers, business travelers, couple travelers, group travelers and even family travelers with young children. Love this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the most hospitable place in the city!! 💯…

The hotel is a non fancy, straightforward,decent with class.The rooms were spotless clean,well lit,smells good.Bed is comfy with 4clean,smells good pillows!The cr/br is kinda small but with very good heater, very good water pressure which is more impt.to us..wifi is very good as well.Overall 5stars! PLS MAINTAIN THE SAID REVIEWS..till our next visit to Bacolod.. Thank you again

Great place to stay! Lots of parking space, amenities and the entire place is well maintained. The area and rooms are well ventilated and not cramped. Also, there are laundry services, cafes, and places to eat inside the building itself. The staff is very nice and courteous too!

Stayed with my family for a night. The place is new, clean and cozy. It is very affordable considering the place is so nice. We have a new place for those brown-out weekends. Thank you sukro! We will be sure to come back.

We stayed for two nights at Sukro and thoroughly enjoyed our stay-cation. Our room was bright and sparkling clean and all amenities were brand new. Beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows and air conditioning was cold. Hot shower was also available and basic toiletries were provided. The hotel is still on soft opening so some glitches were understandable but the staff made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. There was 24/7 security and though there was no elevator, the staff helped us carry our things up to our room on the second floor. There are a few restaurants on the ground floor and even a laundry shop which could be convenient for guests staying longer. This was a steal for the price (I suggest booking directly through them to get the best rates) and this would be our top recommendation for anyone looking for a place to stay in Bacolod.…
