This accommodation has been our home whenever there are outages and we need to work . We also choose ESI since it is just 30 minutes away from home and it is easy when we are in the place because everything is near , from banking to restaurants , department stores and KTV . It was a day when our internet was not working well , we had to go somewhere to have our classes for the night , East Square Inn is one of our option because it is just 30 minutes away from our location . As we inquire how much the room was --it is only 500 pesos for one night and it is actually cheaper than other places which we also checked online .... the room is clean , the area is so cool and relaxing . The lobby has wifi . the room has strong wifi , the reception gives password for all the wifi from lobby to 2nd floor (very useful) water is available in the lobby and receptionist is available all the time . Thank you . Surely checking in here is not a hassle . We didnt regret choosing your Inn for our travel and it helped us a lot .

The room had the basic amenities - nice and spaceous bed, TV (we haven't used), clothes rack, and the bathroom. The bathroom is rather tiny without hot water, but it's OK for an overnight stay. Overall, you will get what you paid for.

You definitely get what you pay for or maybe a bit less for this very small rooms and even smaller washroom en suite. Stayed here on a Sat. night and the Karaoke or stereo music from a nearby home was very LOUD until 1 am ... so inconsiderate but typical in filipino barrios. Hotel itself is clean with good satellite TV channel choices. The firm foam mattress worked well for me. Greatness negative is no windows!!! Note: no doubt rooms are booked by the hour with a few lady of the night hanging around outside, but harmless.

A newish hotel, very good location just off the ring road Very good pricing, but you only get what you pay for Pros Good pricing, Very clean, friendly staff, good free wifi, 200 meters to over 100 good restaurants Cons No elevator, noisey dog outside reception, poor breakfast choices, so go down the lane Overall we rated it 7.5, good value for cost

Cheap place to stay when you want to be near the Bacolod City Government Center. There is no elevator so you must be able to go up the stairs well. Some of the rooms still don't have hot water connected to the water lines. The bathroom is a bit small if you are a tall/big person. Good thing is that it's near a lot of restaurants.

If you're looking for a place just to sleep with strong WIFI connection, East Square is the place to be. It's a newly built inn thus rooms are still in good condition. Rows of restaurants and bars is just a stone's throw away. If you are travelling with heavy luggages I wouldn't recommend this place as they dont have elevator, staff would help you though. You may want to choose a room also facing their front entrance as the back of the hotel is the Marketplace, which has rows of bars and restaurants with live band performances at night. Management can also provide bigger signage of "pls respect guests privacy or pls dont slammed your door" as the sounds in the hotel echoes, and causes disturbance to other guests. I was awaken several times because of door being slammed. Bathroom is quite a challenge also as it is very tiny. TV has about 4-6 channels only but who needs TV when you're always out. They have a water station thus hot water for coffee is not a problem. I would still give this place a very good rating because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Being budget-friendly and near the New Gov’t Center (NGC) are East Square Inn’s 2 best assets, but is somewhat lacking in the comfort department. Our Family Room was kind of cramped for the 5 of us; the bathroom is tiny with a malfunctioning water heater. And the stiff foam pillows aren’t that comfy either. Without an elevator, it must be hard going up for older people or small kids billeted on the 3rd or 4th floors. But it’s a good deal for the younger set who just need a place to crash in after a night of revelry at the nearby nightspots
