Stayed in this place 18 Feb- 19 Feb. From the day I checked in until the day I checked out I have always been amazed at how the staff interacts and assists the guests. All of them, from the receptionist to the boys who were standing outside the door, they are all very helpful without a doubt. The breakfast was surprisingly good. You got to chose what food would you like to have for breakfast as per the menu given. Thank you so much for the nice short stay. You guys deserved an appreciation from the management. Keep it up!

Great hotel very accomodating nearby on Gaisano and Sm Bacolod. The staffs are friendly thumps up for the good services. The room is nice with Ac, Tv, Wifi and hot shower worth to stay this hotel. I highly recommended this hotel. Thank you!

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. All staff are very helpful, accomodating, and wear big smile all the time! Surroundings clean. Full of different furnitures made of wood. Parking not too big but sufficient. Security guard on duty 24/7. Dining hall not yet fully functional, not too many choices for breakfast. Dining hall a little hot, no AC.

I know that Bacolod is known for how sweet their people are, but the Mahogany Inn's staff just went out of the way to make us feel their hospitality, which made us extend one more night. We were on a road trip from Bayawan City with stop overs along the way, and you can just imagine the exhaustion we felt as we arrived at 8PM in Bacolod. We booked them on a last minute decision, and surely it was a great choice. As soon as we parked our car, we were greeted with the staff and helped us with our things. They are very courteous as well, that's something you would expect in 5-star hotels. As for its location, its about 4km away from the city centre which I didn't mind at all. On our first night, we booked a family room as it was the only one available. It was spacious, smells good, and was on the silent part of the building. For our second night, we moved to deluxe room which unfortunately was next to the streets so it was a bit loud plus the aircon is noisy. Spend some couple hundreds more to get the rooms at the back to get an extra peaceful sleep. All in all, for the price of less than 1,500php , Mahogany should be everyone's top choice when in BCD.…
