I stayed a couple of days in O Hotel for work. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the SM City Bacolod Mall as well as nearby local tourist sports such as the Bacolod Cathedral and Pope John Paul tower. Rooms are clean and breakfast was pretty good. Would recommend this hotel for business trips - basic hotel facilities and friendly service.

We were greeted with a smile and a nice welcome as soon as we walked in. The staff made sure we were comfortable and took care of all our luggages and belongings. Check in was very quick and easy. We were very hungry and went straight to the dining area. The food was amazing! We ordered beefsteak, ribs (very soft), fried chicken with gravy, and pancit palabok. Authentic Filipino food are also available. We had our school reunion at the banquet hall which was very nice. Everyone enjoyed themselves. This is a full service hotel which is at the center of everything. Location is a plus. This is truly one of the best Vacation I've ever had. It is my husband and our two kids first time in the Philippines. The whole family went, along with my mom and dad. We stayed at the O hotel during our stay in Bacolod City. It was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and everything was perfect. We did not have a single complaint. My family and I want to say thank all the hotel and management staff for catering to all our needs. It made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The food and drinks were excellent. Breakfast buffet had different food choices every morning. The place are aces able to amenities at my experience the room need more attention by house keeper finding things from previous guest are not so pleasant at all and internet are very weak the noise at the street can make you sleepless. it need to update the noise of the air con staff are good.

Pros- Quick check-in and check-out. Staff in reception, housekeeping and breakfast room are helpful and courteous. Room is fairly clean. Bed and pillows are comfy enough. Breakfast if quite adequate. Cons- Airconditioner is the window type. The hotel room and bathroom are in need of a makeover. Water in the Bathroom lavatory and shower drain very slow to recede. A 1/2 inch gap in the bottom of the room door, which takes a longer time for the AC to cool the room. Was given a room facing the street, very very noisy. Biggest issue is there is no wi-fi as advertised in the room and hotel lobby. Complained to reception and was reset, but still no wi-fi. I would be more forgiving in my review only if the wi-fi did work at all. Would next time try the newer hotels of the same…

I was staying here and I thought it was all well, after a week at O'Hotel on January 25 2017 we where told that we had to leave that they had rented our room. We had planned to stay till January 31 2017. We have our wedding day booked for January 30 and we would leave on the 31. But our stay was cut sort after we where informed that our room had been rented out and they had no more room for us. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

I recently spent 2 weeks at the O Hotel. I found the facilities clean and excellent. The beds were good and the room serviced to an excellent standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the dining area was "top quality. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Bacolod and O Hotel was the best by far. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean,quiet and value for money then I would recommend O Hotel.

We stayed here for two nights. Not much to offer in Bacalod. We went to Robinsons Mall. Rooms were very nice. Very clean. Staff here were friendly and helpful. Outside, the security man would always flag down a tricycle for us. Hotel location is just ok.. not much around here. Buffet breakfast (not included).

I spent almost two weeks at OHotel. The service was excellent and the facilities were by far the best of any hotel I have frequented in the Philippines. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed and the room was very quiet. The staff were courteous and pleasant at every encounter. Room service was prompt and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The restaurant food was delicious! If staying at OHotel is not in your budget, you must visit the restaurant. I highly recommend the Bourbon Ribs!

I was traveling with 8 guests from Germany, Switzerland and France for a study tour in Negros Occidental and we're booked to O Hotel as it is accessible location. The room provides basic amenities for shower, there's TV and study table, which is very helpful when working in the room. However, WiFi was not available in the rooms (I was in the 4th floor) and all of us got to station ourselves in the lobby to connect during our first day. The staff was able to sort this problem with internet connection later at night. The staff attention to guests needs is commendable. Aside from the WiFi problem which they sorted out, they also transferred one of my colleagues to another room at the back when she complained of noise in the street-side of the hotel.
