Stayed here because other more popular hotels are fully-booked. Did not regret it though. I availed of the airport transfer service for a very good price. Breakfast is full and the room quality is passable. Easy to get a cab (guards can hail for you) and the hotel is very accessible to the food street, although too far for a...

The room is good. I like the shower because the water flows so nicely and enough temperature. The wifi is not that strong in the room, so if you will be working in the room checking emails, it will take forever to receive it. I normally went to the restaurant to work. The breakfast used to be good, but now...

This hotel is quite conveniently located in the downtown area, near SM mall. Amenities are sparse but rooms are neat and clean. Food is ok. Staff is friendly. So for their rates it's a pretty good deal and a nice place to stay in if for travelers. Room wifi connection is a bit weak so maybe not ideal for business...

This hotel is pretty modern and up to date. Those who complained about it being dated must need everything to be extremely modern and new in every place they stay. The AC worked fine, good water pressure, lots of hot water, decent bed and pillows. The room size is generous too. I didn't eat the breakfast as it didn't come...

The location was a bit hard to find even with the help of gps and directions given by the local people. The rooms were spacious and clean, there were 4 of us staying in 1 room, but there was no extra bed needed. Suite room has a jacuzzi. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I've stayed in the O hotel many weeks and can not imagine anywhere else in Bacolod I could of stayed that would of made my experience better. It is right in the middle of everything, close to down town, a quick walk, jeepney ride, or taxi away from any experience in Bacolod that you can imagine. The staff is excellent...

Stayed for a night on business. No frills, budget-friendly hotel. For the price, relatively okay as location is accessible to the main road and commercial center. Rooms were okay but basic. Receptionists manning the front desk needs polishing as they were slow and panicky. Internet had weak spots, so as the hot water (not sure if there was, as weather...

Location is in the old city area and is accessible to all places of interest. The two rooms we obtained were of good size and had been just mopped. We had pre-booked 'quiet' rooms and were given a noisy street one - so had to change to rear rooms, which fortunately overlooked a large mango tree (which blocked out the...

Their accomodation is good and their breakfast is sumptious. The best part is that the personnel is very honest. They kept my slippers that I have left in their hotel last may 15. Thank you very much.
