Bacolod people in general are much kinder/warmer than people from metropolitan cities like Manila, so the service in this hotel was exemplary. They attend to your every need without expecting anything. I was helped by a dude with my bag, even though it was just a backpack and I insisted on carrying it myself. Check in was a breeze, after a minute or two of registration in their system, I was shown my room at the 4th floor. The view wasn't something to be excited about but hey, it was less than 2000 PHP, and they gave me breakfast buffet: choice of egg omelettes, pancakes, fruits, beef stew, pork chops, rice noodles, steamed rice and fried rice, etc etc. I do wish they have better coffee though. My overall experience from checking in, staff's hospitality in handling my requests, clealiness of the room was excellent. I love their in house restaurant, choices of food & servers are helpful & attentive. The location of the hotel is so so to me but it's safe to stay & the downtown area & Bacolod plaza is within walking distance.

If you have kids or love to swim request a room with pool/patio right outside door. Front desk staff spoke English very well. My only disappointment was no free coffee for registered guest. For me it wasn’t a money issue just a customer service issue.

The location is perfect... the rooms are clean. It might need a renovation but for the price I paid for ... good value for money And lastly I would like commend the staff for going the extra mile... I had already checked out... when they called me up to say... I left an Apple gadget in the room! Honestly at its finest! More power!
