Since 2009 we chose this place in a relatively quiet street, just a few blocks, so in walking distance from downtoan: SM,, Cathedral and Central Market. Not in the tourist area with all the bars, but there are plenty of options there. This place continues to offer great rooms, nice breakfast, good service and a well working WIFI and auirco. Midrange. Top service.

The rooms smelt very old when we came in. Guest service was okay. Included breakfast wasn't the best. But good enough. Overall Hotel was average perfect if you are only planning on sleeping through the night. no place to relax.

Customer service is great and has improved remarkably since the last time. Kudos! Keep it up! I also like O Hotel’s advocacy for the Environment and Sustainability. These statements are posted all over the hotel as constant reminders of our responsibility to Mother Earth and to future generations. Thank you for spreading these! Cheers to good vibes! More power!

Went to Bacolod for a series of business meetings and the good thing about this hotel is being within major thorough fair. Booked their very affordable twin sharing room fir a two day stay. Although the size of the room is average, it is still very comfortable. Very clean and with very helpful staff. Had the bed been more stable (it kept on moving while I’m asleep), that would been a very wonderful stay. The place is very near Manokan Country as well so consider having dinner there or even do business meetings. If ever you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Bacolod, this hotel is for you.
