The staff was very accommodating, and also their hotel amenities was very good.
Highly recommend for bussines traveller.
Lastly I really enjoy also their food at the Master's Resto
Keep it up!!
God bless you all.
But the shocker came when we went to bed, only to find the mattress was NOT A MATTRESS BUT FOAM. Angrily we went to sleep to be woken by renovations.
Went downstairs to a cold breakfast, and told reception we are moving out and would like our refund, to which this was done, but there were also no apologies either.
SO OLD
Would never stay there again.
the free wi fi has poor signal strength when inside the room . I would have to go to the room door or out into the hall way to get full signal strength which was really annoying.
I had a room to the back of the hotel, and every night without fail from about 12.30 am to 10 am there was a rooster Cock-A-Doodle-Doo all night!!!!!
Now the positive: Restaurant is large and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided parking for guests and has good security.
On the last two nights, they said I cannot stay in this room, because they have special guesses coming, and they need the whole floor vacant, they transfered me to another room on the second Floor, it was not up to standard, crack tile floor, Fridge not working, not floor towel, smelly room, same room charge,
It seem that if you stay for a long period in this Hotel, they really do not respect you.
I do not think I will be staying at this Hotel again.
I have stayed at the O hotel on numerous occasions. On my last visit I stayed for three months I could not fault the overall service and cleanliness of the hotel including the restaurant. The rooms were serviced daily, all of the staff were courteous and friendly. This is a well run hotel with very well trained staff. They offer very reasonable rates, including a very good restaurant with a very diverse menu.
Just a five to ten minute stroll to the center of town and SM mall. Robinsons mall is a short taxi ride away. I would without doubt stay at the O hotel Bacolod again.
I was actually told by the front desk (after my second complaint) that they were unable to get the DJ to turn down the music and the manager would give us a refund in the morning. Obviously, the event functions here "trump" the needs of hotel guests.
We had upgraded to a suite room as we were told that it was on the "quite side" of the building. For over p4,000/nite I expected a much better experience than this. The food downstairs was pretty good and the staff seem nice however the management is AWOL and not interested in shutting down the party. Without the unacceptable noise, I would have rated this hotel about a 3.5 which is VERY hard to find in the Philippines.
Although I tend to like the Filipino people, I've learned over the years that, for the most part, customer service takes a back seat here whether or not you're in a hotel or restaurant. It's unlikely to have a good experience unless you are in an establishment operated by foreigners.
