I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the state of the hotel room that I was provided with. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene, which unfortunately was not met. Upon entering the room, I noticed several hairs along with smudges of makeup on the bedding. It was immediately evident that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, if at all, before my arrival. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and made me feel highly uncomfortable and disappointed. I immediately reported the matter to the front desk lady and they sent someone to replace the bedding and pillowcases. I also requested to be transferred to a different room and I even showed her the photos (cobwebs, clumps of hair, accumulated dirt, etc) of the room for her to understand my frustration but she reasoned out that the hotel is fully booked and there were no other rooms available for me to transfer to. She then told me "feedback-kan lang namon sir ang housekeeping (We'll just provide your feedback to the housekeeping department)". I left the hotel to attend a meeting and when I arrived back in the hotel room, it was exactly in the same state as when I left. I completely understand that the hotel is already aged but poor hygiene is never and will never be an excuse. (Please see attached photo for your reference.) As a result of my experience, I have no choice but to report this incident to the city health office. It is unacceptable that a hotel could allow such poor hygiene conditions to exist, and I believe that it is necessary for the appropriate authorities to investigate any possible violation of the sanitation code of the Philippines. Havent sleep well since TV wont switch off. The fridge is not woking. The toilet lavatory is broken. No heater for the shower. Disgusting stay!!!! Took hours for their personel just to come to the room to find out whats wrong. No elevator to go to the 3rd floor room. No proper direction on where to head yo your room. Its like and old hospital. Thumbs down. I stayed for a day on 26 ocr 2019 masskara.

PROS: - Almost every local knows it, so getting there is not a challenge - Rooms are spacious - Bathroom amenities are sufficient - There is free wifi in the room, though not the fastest there is CONS: - No bidet in the bathroom - No elevators, so it might be a bit difficult for individuals with multiple and/or heavy baggages - Room lighting could be improved as it is a bit on the gloomy side - Breakfast options could be further improved - Lack of power outlets near the beds

Not happy with this hotel at all. Room staff helpful but front desk not so. We had a booking for two people, or arrival we were told that there was included a complimentary breakfast for one of us, we would have to pay a further 305pp for the second breakfast: We refused to pay the extra so she removed 305pp per night for our stay and no breakfast. So much for complimentary. Then it continued, the room safe did not work, the room hair dryer did not work, dust everywhere, soap scum right through the shower, we found two pair of the previous guests socks on the floor ( how do you not see them when cleaning the room ). Hot water doesn’t work during peak shower time , polystyrene cups for coffee in the room and very poor wifi.

I’ve stayed at Business Inn for multiple times already since the mid2000s. While the staff is very accommodating and organized, we couldn’t help notice that the building is already showing it’s age. Though it’s still a good venue for for events and the sheets are clean, the main facility is already getting old and we can easily see that maintenance is becoming difficult. It would be nice if the owners can refurbish the rooms, repair/replace worn out furniture, and make the hotel look new again. Room sizes are just right but we have to ensure cleanliness is a given.

I was here for six nights in a seven day period. I enjoyed it very well. I have no complaints whatsoever. The room was cozy and comfortable, the service and hospiatity was top notch, the food was delicious, including the traditional morning buffett down in the lobby. This place is also well proteced by security. I would go back here anytime..

Front Office peeps were very kind and accommodating, they allowed us to check-in 2 hours before the usual standard check-in time. Budget friendly hotel. Very accessible. Our room is clean. Will definitely consider Business Inn again in our future Bacolod visits.

Room was old and toilet was not so clean.Needs renovation and room was dark.You can hear people along corridor during early morning time.Location was ok as it is near city center and along lacson which has many transportation options for travellers.Reception was nice and fast for both check-in and check out process.

The place is very neat and the ambiance is cool. Its also strategically located in some stores like 7-11. have a daily buffet and their cakes is also deli! Plus factor? Not so expensive hotel! Easy on the pocket. I love their set of breakfast menu.ordered bacon and egg, longganiza. Their bacon was superv! Now I know where to stay when in Bacolod.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight because I was unfortunately stranded in Bacolod due to storm. I am glad to have stayed in this hotel. The staff are friendly and the cost of staying here is just a fraction of the other hotels in Bacolod. Will definitely come back here when I am in Bacolod.
