The pictures are appealing the outlook from the beach is magic, small islands a walk across the sand bars at low tide. It the resort is another proposition. Although there is a three story block of rooms these are all in mothballs, not available for guests. . The resort has only two rooms operational in imitation cottages .
The breakfast is the same day after day with no choice, the rooms do not have TV or wifi. Very basics. Don’t expect a large supply of bathroom supplies and if you want something as simple as a bottle opener ‘sorry we don’t have one’ . The resort urgently updating, painting and a good clean. It appears as if lack of clients means s lack of income to do the revitalisation work that is urgently needed.. having stayed for 4 days I think there are many better resorts near by offering similar prices.

We booked this hotel as a last minute choice for one adult and two kids.
We paid 12,000 pesos up front (VERY BIG MISTAKE) on booking.com for two nights expecting a relatively decent place to start our Philippine adventure. We were greeted by a confused taxi driver who had trouble locating the resort. It is only accessible by a bumpy dirt road full of potholes. Not a good start. We checked in at 5pm with a family room with 2 rooms. To their credit the staff are friendly and accommodating. Our first room had a sewer smell and a shower that did not work. We requested to move rooms. The second room had a shower that did not work and we showered with a bucket. The rooms were comfortable enough with working Air Conditioning and no TV set. Wifi works in rooms close to the lobby and in the lobby, no wifi further out. The breakfast is basic with one egg, toast, ham and marmalade. The close proximity to the boat ramp is handy to catch a boat to go island 🌴 hopping. The pool is cleaned every day. The beach is not really a beach with minimal sand and lots of trash. Overall, i am sad to see this resort deteriorating state. I believe if it has the right management it has a lot of potential. For what you pay for i would recommend you stay somewhere else on mactan or cebu island.

Stayed in their family room. It was big. Feel very relaxed. The bad thing about the place is that there is no television in the room & no WiFi. The beach is dirty with dead seaweeds. They should have cleaned it every now & then.

Accessible off the main road by a bumpy dirt road full of potholes. Not great in a minibus as was my airport pick up.

Food was pretty awful to be fair, rooms are clean enough but the whole place really could do with a bit of a face lift to realise it's potential. WiFi only available tin the lobby or closest rooms.

The big bonus here is the beach. Much much better than the one at the Maribago (luxury hotel up the way). At low tide you can walk over to the Island which is a lovely explore. Beware of sea urchins they are everywhere.

but the overall laid back attitude of the place and staff made it a memorable stay.

I cant believe a hotel in this beatiful setting has been allowed to deteriorate like this. A step off to the sea with great views. Nice swimming pool, but hot tub not working and has old stagnent water in. Rooms very basic but ok, however why we left early - food coice awful, no hot water and cold water barely running. A long distance to main road and the access road is so terrible hardly anyone wanted to drive to hotel. Internet only in reception. However manager was very reasonable and arranged a refund

Want to bel very clear that the staff was very friendly. They were sweet and tried their best to take care of us so no complaints against the people.

The resort is in a very poor shape. It has potential but management seems to be poor. Location is very remote and there is only a bumpy dirty road leading to the place and it is quite difficult to find. The resort doesn’t serve great food and the kitchen closes early. Drinks are over priced as well.

We were stuck in Mactan during a typhoon and the resort wasn’t an ideal place to be stuck in.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place and it surely isn’t a good deal for the money you pay.

First of all this property have so much potential but the owner doesn't know or doesn't care how to market this place and how to take care of it.

This hotel was supposed to be higher but for some reason construction was not completed. This has caused that 2nd floor can't accommodate guests due to water damages probably.

Small cottages by the pool are great but there is no airvents in these buildings so floor and walls are always wet from moisture and causes molding / bad air.

Girls working on the resort seems to be more keen on Facebook chatting and videos than doing their actual work. Most of the time they seem to hide away from site.

Poolboy doesn't have any idea how to dose the chemicals he is putting in the pool. Probably no one ever taught him the proper way, now he will just throw chemicals in without actually testing the water.

No one, as in no one, cleans the resort or takes care of the line of sight.
There are cleaning tools scattered everywhere but the beach side is literally drowning to trash (glass bottles, plastic bottles, general dirt) with so huge amounts that no one has cleaned for ages.

Sad to see a potential 4 star resort with 1 star care.

The room was very good. The view of the ocean by the pool was very good. The breakfast was good. The pool was good. Everything about this hotel was good with the exception of the road getting to it. That road is a deal breaker (and I am not picky). It totally isolates you to the hotel. We will not stay here again.

The hotel is falling to bits and should have been destroyed years ago it's in such bad shape.
The poor girls who work here do thier best, but the owner should be ashamed to have a building in this state, it should not be sold as a hotel !
The only man paid who works here is the guy who sweeps the flowers in the morning, the other sit all day talking or sleeping.
Didn't use the shower, it looked too bad.
The only thing (wood or floor) in the room which not broken is the bed.
The super photo of a beach was taken 10 years ago, the sand has nearly all gone, replaced by a pile of rubbish at one end.
The walls of the pool as green.
Breakfast is toast egg and bad quality ham, coffee no tea, and an orange liquid called juice, one of the two meals I couldn't eat on this 4 week holiday, and the other was because I wasn't well.
Access to the building is bad, cars bottom out in the holes, and you have to get out to eat.
The restaurant is closed as nobody in thier right mind wants to work here.
Oh! and the WiFi only works at the reception.

Just for the fun: the 3rd floor is out out bounds as the stairs are broken (rotten), and the lift is out of bounds (OOO).

Don't reserve this hotel, even if they pay you to stay !

Mr Owner, sorry, but destroy it.

Good luck girls, but hurry up and find work elswhere.

Last day of our trip we booked a room in this place. We immediately complained about the room conditions, they changed us to another one same hobbible conditions. Is not just dirty, is seriously unsafe. Broken and dripping shower, mold in the bedroom, ac wires broken, dead insects and garbage everywhere, broken elevator, this place smell bad, has been the worst choice ever. The actual problem are not the unsafe conditions but the CRAZY PRICE we paid for this. We felt we have been scammed.
