This place is ONLY 70 Cents a Hour, and its decent, clean small rooms, super helpful and friendly staff. Small but clean rooms, Cable, Wifi and Aircon. Can you beat this price? Alos offers 12 hours for php399

Fast wifi, near a small mall
The room is small but it's very clean and cheap.
12 hours is 399 pesos / 24 hours is 799 pesos. (please convert to your currency)
It's near a small mall and it's easy to find a transportation outside if you want to go to some restaurants.
There are some downsides though:
1. The air conditioner is a bit noisy but it's not a big problem.
2. They don't allow you to have the key even if you're just inside your room. (But all the staff are respectful and accommodating so you won't feel unsafe.)
3. No hot shower

Nonetheless, I highly recommend! You can't find a cheap but clean inn like Archer's. Plus, they have 3 wifi connections which are all very fast!

economical wise
Hospitable front desk officers,they welcome you very well and always ready to assists, very good in housekeeping, i like the room ambiance, you can control the lights according to your desired comfort, with safety vicinity. What is the best for me is that it is very near in mini mall and uv express terminal. For those travelers who seek for physical comfort and budget wise....try this "Archer's field Inn"

Uncomfortable night !
Cons:
1. No toilet paper and blanket.
2. AC is noisy.
3. Room very small, not very comfortable.
4. Wifi went off early morning 4am till 11am.
5. The securities made so much noise outside during late at night and early morning, we couldn't even sleep.

Pros:
1. Food is delicious.
2. Near airport about 20mins without traffic.
3. Taxis are easily found outside the hotel.
4. Mall near by the hotel, 3-5 minutes walk.
