The room was comfortable and clean with good ventilation. Air conditioning was working properly as well as the hot and cold showers. The resort is also well located to many activities that you can avail in Mactan area.
What I dont like about is the resort is their service, they were not as accommodating compared with the other resorts that I have stayed on. The staff did not help us in bringing our luggages in our room and felt everything was self service. Also important to note is the breakfast per room is only for 2 persons even if you specified in the booking that there will be 4 adults staying in the room. Our stay could have been better if staff showeda little ounce and friendliness and courtesy.
All in all a good value for the location it is in.
I don't want to speak about about the dirty sea or the dirty beach, this I don't mind. But the room was very dirty, the mirror it looked as it hadn't been cleaned for a few months, the towels were not white anymore, but gray. I got the feeling I shouldn't touch anything in that room.
We wanted to eat something, we went to the restaurant, but was empty and looking so bad, that we finally decided to call a taxi and go somewhere else to eat.
The whole hotel looks like a brothel, used for prostitution.
At night the TV from the reception is very loud, if your room is close by, as ours was, you can barely sleep.
And the worse is that we finally left early in the morning, but now both me and my son have some sores/hives on our entire body. Probably the sheets weren't clean either.
Now I am sorry I didn't listen to my husband and changed the hotel as soon as we arrived.
Location:Not faraway frm the airport.about 30 mins or less depending on travelling hour.It cost less than 300 peso by metered taxi.
The rate:P3500 peso per night I considered quite expensive. No complimentary drinks or snacks.no wifi in the room.
Room:Very spacious.Clean and bathroom come with bathtub.I chose room with seaview and balcony.Very good im happy with it.
Staff: Are helpfull and frendly too.
Breakfast:Not that good but no bad either. There is one restaurant next to the resort that offer good foods and open till midnite.
What can you do: Islands hopping..scuba diving..jetski riding..and many more sea activities you can find there . Of course plenty of seafoods to enjoy.
so as couple staying for 2 nights there.i can say im quite happy.. overall.
This resort is not faraway from the main road.so getting taxi..tryclecab or multicab not a big problem.
A few hours later the jet ski had been towed up near my room and ran on dry land pumping exhaust fumes into my room. Nice!
The site is untidy with plenty of derelict rooms nearby, plastic strewn in the undergrowth and out of bounds coast that are privately owned. More rooms were under construction.
There is an ugly ship permanently moored off the coast associated with a tourist yellow submarine thing that goes along the reef.
The WiFi on!y works near reception, the router that serves the rooms was busted and probably has been for years.
I only ate a salad and a sandwich when I was there, both were drowning in dressing and it if wasn' t for the fact I was starving, I would have fed them to the fish.
Mactan is a dump. It is a dirty, rubbish and graffiti sprawled place. I have never seen so much graffiti in the Philippines than here. Get a boat and go to Bohol.
