im not suggesting you to stay here because WAT I EXPERIENCED HERE IS A DISASTER!!!! the scenario is i book for 6 rooms and i got the voucher because they confirmed it... then on the date of booking i arrived and verified my voucher to the frontdesk if i will still pay for anything and checked the voucher if it is confirmed and they told me it is ok to used and no fees or extra bill to be paid unless for the addittional request but i didnt request for any... and after i sleep and used the 6 rooms on the first night i called the frontdesk if we can use the voucher for the free breakfast... and they told me yes and after that they are soliciting the payment for the 6 rooms... which i already verified at the front desk if im going to pay something because what was written at the vouches is 0.00 balance upon arrival so it surprised me and my family that we will still pay for more...and i asked them if i could talk to the manager and the frontdesk staff told me to wait because their manager sally tojon is still waiting.....Imagine we need to wait for the manager to attend and discuss the problem... and after hours of waiting 3hours to be exact just to wait for that damn breakfast... manager told me that i need to pay the whole booking amount????? oh wow even the policy is payment upon entrance... so it is considered paid since they verified the booking... and after that this manager wants us to stay even we need to go to the other places because hello...my family and i wer on a vacay... and this manager wants us to stay just to discuss their negligence... and after that i told them that they cannot hold us there since its their negligence but this manager is so sally tojon is so dominant and pushing us to stay and paid for the room which is paid already and they want to double charge us... this hotel is money maker...old and dirty... u ruin our vacation... dont go here service is so awful...wat a disaster...your going to regret paying 6800 for the room which is not worthy....

We were supposed to Stay at Days Hotel but when we arrived the Guard on Duty told us that the Hotel is already closed. Since April 8, 2016. He pointed us to Goldberry Suites. This is for those who have paid bookings. I had a feeling already that there was something wrong as when i re checked tge rates of Days in Agoda. No results appeared for the hotel for a number of months. NOTE: For all those who have paid booking with Days Hotel Mactan. Proceed to Goldberry Suites along ML Quezon. Just across Bellavista Hotel.

Generally, its a good hotel, convenient as it is very near the airport and a mall is also walking distance. However, the hotel did not even bother to look into my request and they only browse through my request upon checking in. Is it because the hotel is assured of my payment whatever happens as I booked my stay there online. I felt bad about this and was disappointed. Their shuttle service is also very good though I noticed that the driver puts in water every now and then to keep the radiator from overheating. Its good that the airport is near thus we did not experience overheating of the car.

1. Room is old 2. Plated breakfast with very small servings 3. Just less than 5 minutes away from the airport 4. Hard to get a cab at night 5. When I stayed here, they shut down the water supply to do some repairs. They provided 2 containers of purified water to use in the bathroom 6. Service is okay, nothing special 7. Very old hotel and facilities

This hotel gets a bad rap, not sure why. After spending 12 days there, we found the hotel decent. This is not the Ritz or Hilton, but its proximity to the airport, to the Marina Mall and other locations on Mactan island make it a good choice. One can go to downtown Cebu for 200 peso in a taxi. Room service is every three days, come with free hair dryer, water, phone, cable TV, good wifi all over (not just the lobby) and even hot water. They have free rides to and from the airport and are in good in getting a taxi for you. Beds are comfy but pillows are like rocks. The hotel costs only 60 peso by taxi to the airport. While some aspects are dated, overall, had a nice stay there. Quiet. Free breakfast with coupon, their Diego is a fav for Americans. Their gym is worthless, however. No pool is a downside.

Days Hotel resides 5-10 minutes away from Mactan Cebu International Airport. If you're travelling for a business trip, this hotel will guarantee you the most accessible and nearest place from the airport. Every time I'm visiting Cebu for a business trip, I always request for this hotel solely because it saves me from a hassle-free travel to the airport considering their location and free shuttle service. Though the hotel interiors are quite ancient and outdated, Days Hotel still offer an average accommodation experience for travelers. Standard rooms already offer two double-sized beds that are already good for 3-4 persons. Inclusion of breakfast may be requested. If you'll compare the price from other hotels, I think Days Hotel is quite more costly than the others. On the other note, since it's really near the airport, having your reservation here will bring you away from the city and other main attractions of Cebu. Average taxi fare from here to the center of the city will cost you PHP200-300.

After calling from the airport at my arrival, the van did NOT come get me. I had to get a cab. That was the start. No internet reception in the room, it said i had reception but it was so bad that it would take nearly an hour to check my emails. Tv so outdated, was nearing the black screen moment. The sides of the tv screen were going black so the picture was not entirely visible. The two times i got breakfast they were out of what i wanted. Very limited in what your able to have for breakfast. Nearing the edge of harassment from the doormen as they incessantly wanted to become Facebook friends so they could introduce me to "girl friends" they are related too. They charged 200 pesos to drive me to a cash machine because none of the cash machines i was trying to use were operating. The place they drove me too was about two blocks away. I could have drove around the entire city of cebu for what they charged to take me to a working cash machine. The second night there i was walking back to the hotel from the store and ten feet off the side walk in the bushes, were about 10 men doing some "private" things to 1 man. Two came out of the bushes and followed me for a bit trying to talk. From what i said, they stopped following me. This was right next to the hotel. After this experience i was so freaked out, creeped out, by what i saw i didn't want to leave my room. So i decided to move to a different part in cebu, a different neighborhood. The hotel wouldn't refund my money for the duration of the stay. So i ended up renting two hotels for my vacation. The place was dirty, gross.

this was a great place to stay, after taking a ferry to Cebu to catch a flight to Manila, since the flight was before 5 am it was great to stay close to the airport and utilize their free shuttle service. The airport staff were well versed in times needed to catch an early flight, provided a timely wake up call and checkout service even at 3am. The food was good, not the best, but had a variety menu that should suit all taste and affordable. Most of all the taxis i used knew where the hotel was located. It is not the Hotel's fault but it took 6 taxis before i could get them to use the meter. I finally walked from the pier to SM Mall and caught a taxi there that was honest and used the meter. I would recommend this hotel for a time to shower and prepare for the flight from Cebu/Mactan airport.

This hotel is old and outdated. The decor is very outdated and shows obvious age. The carpets are worn out and stained. The bathroom was clean but obviously needs work and updating. The fridge was off in the room and smelt terrible when opened. There was no safe which was worrying. Worst of all my 5th floor room was infested with a number of bitting ants that seemed to be spread throughout the room. This hotel is over-priced and is redeemed only by its location and it's free shuttle service to airport, I wouldn't have even considered staying here if I hadn't had an early flight to catch the next morning. As with everywhere in the Philippines the staff were warm, friendly and polite.
