We stayed in this very new hotel for one night before taking our flight back to Manila. The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful when we booked for a restaurant outside. The breakfast was included and was very nice and quick. We also had an included airport transportation. Lastly, when I forgot my phone in the hotel and was already in the airport, the shuttle came back all the way to give it back to me, for which I am very grateful ! Great place will definitely recommend.

PIck up from Cebu Air Port was confirmed but did not turn up to pick us up. Ended up paying P575 just for 3km from Air Port to Hotel. No reimbursement was given by Hotel. I was given a receipt by the driver which i tried to add as a photo but updoad did not work.

We've stayed at Dulcinea Suites -right behind- many times over the years and watched this place being built. So we thought we'd try it, based inlarge part on the good reviews. HUGE mistake and never again. The bed is the only good thing; the room is tiny, less than 10 square meters, like a Tokyo business hotel. Dulcinea rooms at least 400% larger, albeit older. Then there is the HUGE noise problem. Despite checking in by noon and asking for the rear side away from the busines highway on Mactan island, they stuck us in front right next to the highway. This building will absorb the noise making Dulcinea even quiter. Then there is the fact that the Smallest "fridge" on Earth is linked to the keycard so you'll only have cold drinks if somebody stays in your room. Tried asking for a cup of ice in the restaurant so could have cool water but got the "sorry sir we are out of stock". NEVER again. We will put up with the old carpet at Dulcinea next time we have an early flight. …

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Convenient location to mall, local outdoor shopping. Breakfast included simple and good. Water heater in room for tea or instant coffee. Attentive staff! Beds comfortable and quality AC in room. WiFi good. TV in room. Would stay again!

Great pre stay communication. On time airport shuttle pick up, despite the late hour. 5 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff & super clean room. I was able to rest very well during my airport layover of around 12 hours.

Newer hotel, close to the airport with a free shuttle which was a huge plus! Room was comfortable and clean, though could get very loud if you’re on the lower floor due to traffic noise. The only small issue with our stay was the restaurant. Chef didn’t seem to know the difference between scrambled and omelette. Ordered scrambled egg, was given sunny side up. It was returned, and was given an omelette. We just left it uneaten because it was so greasy. Staff also needs to control their loud chatting (was very loud while chatting with co-workers). Overall, a great stay, and will definitely staying again in the near future!

This is one of the best hotel here at Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Price, very resonable. Ambiance, really good. Room, 5star. And its only 5 minutes ride to the airport. They offer pick up and drop off. They also had restaurant that offers very good food. No need to go around looking for place to eat. The location of the hotel is very accessible to supermarket and essential needs. Staffs are accommodating and attentive.

空港から車で5しかかかります。 They are great hotel, with a great place, and very accommodating staff waiting for you. They also have restaurant located in second floor food was 10/10! They also have a Japanese speaker staff which is a plus for a traveler like me. Highly recommended for all kinds of traveler!!

This hotel is beyond my expectation! From staff up to the room is very worth the price! Location is very nice 5 minutes away from airport. Big mall across the hotel. With great foods of there restaurant. VERY HIGH TECH HOTEL.
