First off, before booking this place make sure you know where you need to be in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, etc... Because this place is far from anywhere! If seclusion and natue is your objective and you don't really care about fine dining and amenities, you may like this hotel. With that being said, I like to be within a 5-10 minute walking distance to something... or anything. At this place, it is a 5 minute walk on a muddy driveway just to get to the road. Once at the road, go left... because you are at the end of a dead end road. Taxis and tricycles are available only by contacting the front desk, but require a P100 surcharge (tip) for coming to such a remote area. They usually arrive within 15 minutes. We stayed 4 nights in a family room which was spacious and clean, but lacked basic equipment. It had a huge refrigerator/freezer. What could you possibly need this for except long stays? BUT, if you wanted to stock some food, you have no way of cooking it. There was a kitchen in our suite, it came with a kettle and 2 coffee cups, no coffee/tea. No other plates, bowls or cutlery. We even had to request drinking glasses. We also requested a microwave (as advertised) but it never came. The broken hairdryer was replaced and housekeeping was efficient, but the room lacked basic amenities. The ceiling collapsed outside our door at 3am on the first night, we all woke up scared thinking it was an earthquake or an attack. But no, it was only the ceiling collapsing. They cleaned up the mess and joked about it the next morning. On the third day, they began repairing it at 9am. At 1pm, when the work was half complete, they offered to move us upstairs. We declined because we had 1 night left and the work would be finished soon. Also, no elevator here so it would be an extra flight of stairs to climb with all our bags. The pool was dirty when we checked in early that day, so no swimming. But, no problem with early check-in. The next day, the pool was drained for cleaning, so no swimming. On the third day, we enjoyed the clean pool, but on the 4th day we couldn't get near it because outsiders paid the P100 per person fee to have a kids birthday party with 20 kids. Staff was friendly and helpful, but only a few speak English. If my wife was absent, they would leave me waiting until they could find someone to speak English. Food is cooked fresh, but slow and basic. They don't have a chef, just 2 girls in the kitchen home cooking per order. You must make reservations for every meal EVEN the free breakfast. The restaurant is across the courtyard, so room service arrives cold. Coffee is hot water with instant sachet on the side. At P5000 per night, this hotel overpriced... that is the online discount price. This hotel has the potential to be so much better, the owner is a beautiful, friendly person and she works hard to keep guests satisfied. But, this is a 3 floor hotel, it takes more than ownership to manage it... 2.5 stars, but I rated 3.

Off the beaten track but a sweet hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. Decor in rooms is best I saw in Philippines, TV signal the worst. The wifi is ok. Breakfast extra but very tasty and reasonably priced.

Base from my experience not safe hotel.. No securities, camera is poor, no proper maintenance of cctv. Pool is dirty i never experience swimming in 4 nights, We are not safe. One of them climbing up our room going to the balcony 2nd floor and stole our money without knowing there is finger prints and foot print coming inside and out. .but the problem no feedback from them. They said police, media and technician is coming but nothings happened until we check out. Even give us any discount or payback what we lost.

The room is actually ok. But we had a very hard time locating the hotel as no taxis knows Green One hotel or if it even exists. Their telephone is also very hard to access. And it is by trial and error that we get connected to them. And they had to fetch us since we can get no taxi at a very late hour. They should try to publish their location and what kind of transportation is available to them.

Good clen hotle with nice rooms and friendly staff but its out in the midlle of nowhere. We booked for 2 nights and arrived on the first evening to find that there was no bar (you could buy drinks for your room) and no restaurant. We could order a meal but whilst there was a varied menu what was available off the menu was very limited. there was was nowhere near to eat so we eneded up getting a taxi that took us some miles to one of the raodise bar - b - q's. Overall i would not recommend this hotel due to the location and lack of facilities,
