Our 4days stay in Palm Beach was great. My fiancee and I enjoyed the food,view and the service was awesome. Their staff was so hospitable and kudos to their lifeguard-i think his name is Rudy who was accomodating enough and encouraged me to do some diving..Unfortunately,i wasnt able to do their watersports coz my fiancee wont let me but hopefully on our next visit,i can do diving. Keep on improving your resort. It does feels like home.

Me and my fiancee stayed there yesterday and just checked-out today.. all I can say is, the resort itself is great.. The employees and front desk were friendly and approachable.the room is great, NO CORKAGE ^_^ and the Buffet breakfast was great, in which it was the typical filipino breakfast that I was looking for.. we enjoyed the pools and especially the jacuzzi at night.. we will be back here from time to time.. it was a great experience. ^_^

Staid in this hotel for a total of a week to follow a diving course offered with a school located in the hotel. The hotel offers great value as it is much cheaper then the hotels around and still very nice. Within its budget it is a great recommend!

Me and my wife stayed here at this hotel for 5 days and we have nothing but good experiences. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They always made sure that our needs are met. My wife and I decided last minute to do an excursion. Fortunately, the hotel offers multiple options to choose from. We booked two excursions through them- we had an awesome experience! The transactions were smooth and easy. They even offer "wake up call", if you need it. They hotel has a restaurant with an a waterfront view. They also offer homemade ice cream- it was delicious. If you guys need a a quick snack, their hotel is located across 7-11 (open 24 hours). They have three swimming pools, but our favorite pool is the elevated pool because you can watch the sunset. The pools were clean. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The resort is lovely, the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, and the outside pool areas are clean and well furnished with nice cottages. The restaurant menu is good and the food is delicious. Airport transfer is a bit expensive but on par with other resort transfers. I can't really fault our stay, rooms are well furnished, plenty of tv channels, bathroom clean and well stocked. This is our 2nd time here, the place is very affordable, has 3 lovely clean pools and a jacuzzi. The staff are amazing, and so polite. The breakfast is good but limited choice. There's great resturants nearby but most places you need a taxi ride (200 peso) If you like a quiet relaxing place this is it. The rooms are clean, comfy and the beds really nice. A/c keeps the room nice even when 34 degrees outside. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back

It was a sweet escape from the busy metropolis at Palm Beach resort.
The place is beautiful, staff friendly and a clean place to stay in.
Plus points for the very accommodating staffs during our visit.
Napaka accessible din if you want to have an island hopping adventure.

We booked 5 days in Palm Beach hoping to spend our NYE celebration by the beach. Their photos and reviews are quite misleading, being as there's no shore line (sand) and the water right infront is dirty. There were a couple of things about the Palm Beach that disappointed us:
1. Price is almost as much as a 4-star hotel, and the room/service/amenities you get for it is not even worth half the money you pay.
2. IT IS NOT A RESORT
3. Our room was filled with mosquitoes which made our nights very very uncomfortable- drove us to the point of buying our own bug spray and lighting up mosquito coils.
4. The shower was frustrating, no water pressure and the water is either scalding hot or freezing cold- you can't control the temperature.
5. The staff are nice but still lacking in hospitality service training.
6. Food is terrible but you have no choice since there's nothing around the area.
Our stay was very depressing so we just decided to let our 2 nights go to waste (non refundable) and just book at the Marriot here in Cebu city. I would not recommend this place. You're better off paying more and having a great time at Shangri-la Mactan or Plantation Bay.

i was looking for a quiet resort to stay in, considering elderly parents and family members with kids who love swimming. Being budget conscious i wanted something simple yet not without the basics. Upon a very good friends recommendation My cousin called this resort and got a negative answer to our request considering sharing the suite room for all family members. The owner replied with the next few hours of my message, i laid out my requests and i was genuinely touched when she replied with this line which i have used as my caption -- Family time is very precious and the owner values family togetherness, Age old family values in the Filipino family that many other commercial establishments have forgotten. Every message every request that Ive sent to them even those out of scope -- helping my mom with her mobile phone-- everything is being attended to fast without much fuss not a question made to it. Thank you is a phrase that is not enough yet i still say it because i am more than grateful that they are being cared for. Every resort has its pros and cons but here it is continually being shown that they go beyond their call of service. This is truly making your work an extension of your personal life the way they do their service. They may not be perfect for others but to us, to me and my parents personally thank you for being sooo perfect for us. Deserves more than 5 stars!!!!!

It was not so frequent that my beautiful wife and I had the same vacation together, specially we are working in two different hospitals. Our family flew to Cebu for two weeks and three days in Bohol. Palmbeach was highly recommended by a distant relative which it proved to be a perfect choice. Since my children love swimming and boating, we joined the island hopping twice and also tried the aguamarine once. The city tour to different historical/ religious sites and a small museum was indeed interesting, cultural and educational. Sometimes my lady went shopping with her local friends, she was so excited in finding so much great bargains and pretty clothes. On a free leisure days, I personally loved to lie down besides the swimming pool and listen to the classical music. By the way, we were generously invited by a hotel guest from Hawaii that later becomes our close friend, to experience a soothing massage for relaxation at the spa located in the ground floor. The staff were charming and very attentive to our daily needs, the kids all agreed this place is a paradise, the whole family really fall in love with.

Yes, you can, but there is lot of sea plants and not really nice and there is a lot of boats surrounding the place. I guess also is not too deep. Around there may be there is a small beach.
The room we stayed in is good for a family of 5. We had two rooms, a living room, big kitchen, dining room and terrace.Most of their rooms are for big groups. Rates depend on the season, I went there around February of this year and the rate was around PHP2,000 + per night.
Our deluxe rooms and suite rooms have kitchenettes, however, there are no appliances or kitchen utensils inside the rooms except for electric kettle and mini refrigerator.
There are more places to choose from in the Lapu Lapu area.
