I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call.
It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets.
Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess.
Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

Room ok, walls very this, woke up by person in next room talking on phone. Got locked out of room when key card mechanism failed and took 10 minutes to fix. But good connection to airport- was picked up by courteous driver.

It's located very near Mactan international airport. Clean, friendly service and very nice silent aircon in the room.
Cons.
Very noisy place just in the main road of Mactan. No drinking water in the room, no blackout curtains and very hard to catch the taxi in the evening time. Hotel airport shuttle service is a big joke. Room are very tiny.

Stayed with family/group of 8. Note that review is based on bunk bed room.
Pros: - Clean (considering that its a fairly new hotel. Please maintain this 😊) - Very helpful and attentive staff - Buffet breakfast - Free airport transfer (new, clean, spacious van) - Accessible to public transpo - Hot/cold water refill
Cons: - very small room (group bunk beds). Barely enough room for movements for average sized ppl.
Overall, still a nice room to stay in if you are looking for one near the airport.
