We visited Crimson Resort whilst travelling with a baby and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were very friendly and kids pool area was great. In particular, the staff at the Azure Beach Club were terriffic, particularly Juvert. They went the extra mile to accommodate for our baby, including cooking items not in the menu. Additionally food was particularly nice, in fact best we'd eaten in the Philippines to date!

We stayed in this resort because my friend highly recommended it and we had a wonderful experience. The place is spotless, the view is beautiful and everyone is very accommodating. From Anna in the front desk that helped us with our concerns, to Lester Atayde from the restaurant who was very attentive, he even remembered our usual beverage and how we like our eggs, and to every staff who would always greet us and gladly take our photos. We will definitely be coming on our next visit to Cebu.

There is absolutely nothing we can fault about this hotel. The staff and resort are exceptional. Service is incredible! The restaurants are lovely. The villa was wonderful. A special thanks to Rigel who took such good care of us and to Markie for the personalized boxing class at the gym. The chefs prepared a special birthday cake which was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is we should have stayed longer!

My son’s favorite beach resort ever! Why?Check out their kiddie pool area and the play area! Most staffs are new but still very friendly and very accomodating. Kuya Michael at crimzone area makes the perfect margarita! The life guards by the beach and crimzone area are so attentive and are always on the look out (Wish I remember their names) Kudos and big thanks to ALL THE GIRLS in crimzone area for taking care of Hugo. He said he will miss the mga ate😂 Teven and Gelou, the smiley ones and the girl in the gym! Good to see old faces, Kuya Paul and Jhunrey are still there and still friendly as always and of course Lan, who always takes good care of us every time we visits. Love all the amenities! Bed and pillows! Just this time, the food choices is a bit limited. Didn’t get the sinigang snapper i was hopinh for. But it’s okay, still 10/10.…

The resort didn't disappoints our expectation. the place is good and amazing. Couple of pools to keep the young ones happy as well as its own private beach. Lots of activities from snorkeling to archery that will entertain us. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Dandy, Jesster, James shows good action We stayed there for a vacation with 2chilrden. In the beginning, there was a miscommunication. However, they all fixed up with their hospitality. For crimzone crew, they all are very friendly to play with my children with good Communication skill We appreciate their effort and hospitality during our stay. All crew in crimzone they are friendlywith korean.( i forgot the name), even garden worker, all friendly and happy to greet us. Even though it was their protocol, it was very friendly. And watchman seems very good role which relieves risk of riding pick up transportation. However the food price is extremely expensive. The bed and pillows are heavenly made the best sleep I had in Philippines. Thankful for the manager Ms. Aida for making us feel extra welcomed. I appreciate the sports team Nelson, Paolo and others who entertained us with fun activities who actually played with us to make the team. That prize of clear bottom kayak was awesome .👏 The grilled lapu-lapu with garlic butter was like lobster very bite and the burger was scrumptious! Lastly, hands down to the breakfast buffet some made to order which I love and will be thinking about it until my next visit. Ms Erika, Ruth and restaurant staff were great, aiming to give the best service.

We arrived at the resort at 21:00, and although the restaurant closure was stated at 22:30, it was already closed. A bit disappointing, but they gave us free use of our room minibar. The resort is quite huge and well organized, in the morning, you get a schedule of all the activities there is to do and it is easy to navigate around. They do not allow food delivery for our safety but grab car is accepted. So we used that to travel to the airport. The breakfast was quite good and service was impeccable. Would definitely come back.
