We checked in late but i never realized that nobody can use the beach and the pool after 5pm! The room was ok physically, however they limit the number of persons to go in the room even for just to use the bathroom, you see i had some family who came to spend last few hours before i leave the country and the staff were just unreasonable!i wont recommend this to foreigners.

The facilities are great but the customer service is appalling. I called first to ask for their rates and then said I wanted to do a reservation because it's peak season and will be towing 7 kids ages 5-14 with us. I was informed that they don't take over the phone reservation. I need to go to their location to make the reservation which needs to be paid in full. So I told them that I am located more than 3 hrs away from them and this process defeats the purpose of "reservation" which is supposed to alleviate some of the stress. They insist that their only way to "reserve" so I said that we'll just go there then pay up on site. We came, and every parent should understand how stressful it is to travel with children. When we arrived, we were told they are full and no longer accepting guests. SO the "reservation" was horsetale and that they basically just do a first come first person who can shove cash up their @sse$ deal first serve. No one apologized of how badly we were treated. No one apologized to the 7 kids I had to drag back home (another 3 hr drive!) who were crying because they taught they'll be enjoying a nice day at the beach. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GOOGLE WHAT RESERVATION IS!

The spa area features a natural hot spring bath, saunas, an indoor pool, a gym and other facilities designed to help you relax and recuperate. On fine weather days, guests can also make use of the outdoor jacuzzi. The indoor pool area contains a kids pool complete with water slide for small children.

i went to this resort last summer for a day, and it was great! the place was big, there are many cottages that are available and the beach was great. The food was also good but it took us a long time for us to wait for our order. But overall it was a memorable day for me

We went for a night swimming with my colleagues from work, upon entering they told us if what would we like.I said that we like a cottage with videoke machine and then we were escorted to a nearest cottage, but unfortunately i didn't like it because it smells bad,so we went to see another cottage with a videoke machine and we told the staff to clean it first because it was very dirty. We go back again to filled up some form and they ask us to give a government id which we don't have(we only have our company id's)we don't have any choice but to wait for our friends. They let us sign some waivers because it is necessary and they explained to us the do's and don't of their resort, since we were waiting for our collegues which only took them to arrive at about 10 minutes before us we were informed that we deposit a certain amount in exchange for the id and they will give it back to us if we can provide one.So we settled it by giving them. They arrived and we get the money and give them the id that they needed. We hurriedly go to our cottage to settle things up and we noticed at about 10 minutes after we arrived that the videoke machine is closed and they didn't set it up yet,so i hurriedly told my friend to tell them to set it up because they only give us until 9:45 to enjoy singing. But as we noticed they haven't arrived yet so i checked them and the ladies in charged told me that they cannot set up the machine because it's late already and they don't have a staff to set it up.WHAT????The lady was very rude to tell me that they don't have a staff and that we should give them the deposit as soon as possible...???So i said to them are we going to adjust to you just because you dont have enough staff???They are not helpful and we still have 30 minutes left to sing if they only work it.If in the first place they told us that thrley don't have staff we shouldn't get that cottage because it's no use at all. They don't have the value of respect and they are not guest oriented, they should treat their guest nicely.I personally do not recommend this.

We had an overnight stay in their hotel, and that feeling that you'd rather stay inside the room because it was so cozy, relaxing and so peaceful and I let my daughter enjoyed swimming around 5 pm so it would not be that crowded and we took a dip around 7 am the next morning, the water was clean, crystal clear, there were a lot of fish, crabs and a lot more just near the shore. The moment I opened the glass window, the view, the scene, the water, everything was perfect. The food was okay, expensive, but it was good enough make my baby girl full. One thing, the bed sheets and the blankets may need more attention, they were dirty. The staffs were good. I think we'll go back there if only you would also at least check the bed sheets. We had the 4th floor room, no elevator! That's one reason I don't feel like going down.

What is a great concept has truly fallen to failure and neglect. Such potential ruined by staff with a lack of enthusiasm for their job. I'm a third world country they should at least appear happy to be employed at all. On top of poor communication poor manners and poor attitudes you can also add sleeping at their post. The place is as disgraceful. Trash every where. Dirty diapers on the steps down to the water. Mold and mildew in the room. Toilet broken and would not stop flushing. Towel rack.... broken barely hanging on the wall. A beach resort no rug to wipe your feet after your time in the water. Crown mounding busted air conditioners so full of dust I was scared to use it. And....they had the gall to insist upon a deposit up front. For what? Afraid I'll break what's already broken? Or maybe I'll pick up and throw away a piece of trash? Pics will follow. Beware. Book elsewhere!!!
