Staying in Jpark with my family is truly an amazing and unforgettable experience. I would like to recommend and share the experience with my friends. And i truely appreciate and recommend this hotel and for the staffs who accomodated us properly from CONCIERGE, F.O and T.O and especially to all the life guards i forgot their names. My company hired this venue for our Christmas party. To say that we were disappointed with the park would be an understatement. They charged us full entry price for a park that was only half open. We raised this to "management" and was fobbed off. This place is clearly hungry for money and is happy to rip off and cheat their clients out of money. when we called to complain the "management" implied that we were lying. We will be avoiding this place and we suggest you do to.

We had a wonderful experience in this resort. Every staff member (from the parking lot all the way to our room) we encountered were all respectecful. They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you maam Jessica Dagatan (not sure with her Family name though).She was a classmate of my aunt way back elementary. HAHA. Through her, we booked 2 suite rooms (4adults, 4kids) at a very low price. She said they were having big discounts. She was also very accomodating and made sure all our needs will be met. My family was truly having a great time, especially our kids and we can't wait to be back again and again and again. Thank you Jpark Island Resorts and Spa for giving us a perfect weekend getaway.
