So.. we thought we had booked through Agoda app and turns out that the reservation never went through and we found that out at 4 in the morning when we arrived at the place. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all, they couldn’t find the reservation even with the confirmation number and the only way we could stay at the place was booking directly with them and paying double of the price. At this point we don’t have an option so we did, and .. the online reservation went through in the exact same time. Great. The first thing that comes out of the receptionist mouth is “it’s non refundable”. REALLY?! After an hour finding the reservation that never went through until we paid it twice and being non refundable, here are some notes. You have to pay 400 pesos for early checking that ONLY STARTS at 5AM. The rooms are ok, they have warm water and ac, maybe cockroaches at night, but it’s definitely a place for only one night.

Rude staff, doesn’t help you with reservations and with anything. Small space, no food, small lobby, small rooms, no elevators. If you raise an issue to the front office they give you no help for complaints to reach the administration.

The room/bathroom was clean (but small). Quiet. Close to the airport. Staff were helpful and arranged us transportation, etc. WiFi in the room was good. There is a supermarket next door to buy everything you need. Plenty of street food nearby. Not really any nightlife. No lift/elevator. Nice streetscape view from the rooftop where you can sit and have a beer and watch the sunset. For the price, we expected less. We booked it again on our way home and have no reason not to recommend it. Be aware none of the taxi drivers knew where it was so have a map/screenshot handy.

Room is clean but bathroom is smelly. Hard bed slim pillow.. no extra for guest. No elevator. What is the positive thing here? Nothing. You should run and go somewhere else. It s my worst night in PH.

My room was full of rats eating my backpack and was totally destroyed. They haven't got anyway to do an official complaint. Im starting legal process to get a monetary compensation for it. This is a health issue and i will report to the Ministery of Health and Police.

I was looking for a place to sleep early in the morning until Ive heard this hotel was offering early check In. With an affordable rooms to offer who couldnt have imagined that our first stay will be our last. First, they told us early check In starts at 8am and so they collected our money and waited for 30 minutes. Second, when we came back, they werent sure if they had rooms available and how dare they collected our money first without checking. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I am an hotelier myself and was disappointed on how they treat local guest. Havent heard of them saying thank you or even when we checked In, they didnt told us where the stairs was. Where is the hospitality?

We stayed here for one night while in transit. For the price and compared to other budget airport hotels I was more than pleased. Based on price service and position I would recommend this hotel. 1. The room was sufficient (bed was pushed up against the wall) but there was a wardrobe nearly 4ft wide and table and I still had enough space on the floor to put my backpack and still be able to walk around. 2. The AC/TV worked and bed was comfortable and clean. 3. There is a mini market below. 4. There is a restaurant that served very nice food over the road. 5. There is outlet shops at the nearest main junction which has approx 5 AC restaurants. 6. The shower did not clear of water so quickly. 7. The choice of breakfast was not good, sand which, local food or cereal. We went to the coffee shop at the junction who did a better breakfast but pricey.

Where do I start here? The hallway smells and on check in the staff kept spraying to disguise it .... almost suffocating! No Lift - bear this in mind if you’re a group with elderly or lots of heavy luggage... We were a large group and the concerns are the same for all 4 rooms that we stayed in Toilet is disgusting! The toilet seat is falling off... sink is disgusting not cleaned properly... it’s not so much because the toilet was older but it’s substandard way of it’s being built... the sink was too small and is installed in a way that the water collects and becomes stagnant on on soap dish no matter how many time you dry it... cos it’s in a wrong angle to enable water to flow... The sink leaks and it s constantly leaking .... hence the smell of damp and disgusting welcomes us when we come back late evenings The Shower is not a shower .... it’s literally 4 sprinkling of water coming out and it takes ages to rinse ... unbelievable! Towels smells like it’s not been rinsed properly . We reported all these and the leak and we asked that we be moved to another room but they just said we’re fully booked and not even make an effort to give another alternative.... we asked that they at least provide some rug to absorb the leak and the staff was not bothered at all and suggested they provide bath towels with extra charge which was policy... where is the logic in that? First to advise we use their bath towel in collecting stagnant leakage is absolutely disgusting! Unhygienic and made me confirm why these towels smells so bad Breakfast was suppose to be included in booking.com but upon check in they said we pay 100 pesos per person for breakfast... It rained on our first day and the whole ceiling including lights leaked rain water as if there was a power shower going through the square light on the ceiling.... extremely dangerous!!!! We were moved to 4th floor but leaking water became puddle by the morning., literally by the door... hazard that we could have fallen as we come out of our room but same thing the staff doesn’t really care. Best thing was , on check out, staff wanted to charge 200 pesos for a smudge of blusher powder that was on the blanket claiming it’s a stain !!!! Unbelievable!!!! No hotel has a policy like this . Silly and absurd as this is not permanent staining like paint, nail polish , corrosive stuff that cannot be removed... the receptionist was disappointed to not succeed in getting money from us... very annoying end to an already dissatisfied stay. Don’t waste your time... book somewhere else.
