This is a very average hotel, service slow, food menu was mostly out of stock, facilities old and quite dated, beach is non existent (white coloured ricks not sand) location is a little challenging and expensive to go back to Manila for a night out.

If you want a little bit of piece and quite for you holidays - do NOT stay at this place. I made a big mistake of booking it for 3 night and every single day it was one loud event after another. There is a convention centre next door which had functions every day (both morning and night) and on Saturdays they have movie night by the pool with sound blasting at full volume - it’s 2 movies one after another one, going well past 10 pm. Person at the reception was outride rude when I complained. Another receptionist forgot to arrange early breakfast for us on the morning we went whale shark watching (they promised to arrange set lunch to rectify that). And no one ever answers phone at the reception. To add - this is not actual resort but a city-style small hotel with a little pool and tiny beach walled off at both sides. You also can’t open window unless you fill out a special form. There are much better options around, unfortunately ours was a last minute trip and most were sold out due to public holidays…

If you value your personal information and confidentiality, DO NOT book at this resort. While my stay at the resort was for two days and found the staff to be friendly, I was astounded at the actions of an employee after I checked-out. Shortly after checking I received an email and a Facebook message from an employee who worked at the resort (front desk). I am a young 30 year old female, traveling independently and trusted this establishment to keep my personal information secure and not be exploited. I reached out and filed a complaint, but have not heard any replies from this resort. Again, if you want to keep your personal contact information safe, I would not book at BE Resort.

Got a discounted rate on a seaview room, stayed there for 3days 2nights with friends Hotel location is beach front. Don’t expect a fine sand and clear water. There’s a free kayaking in the afternoon and other activities. Hope they can setup beach umbrella. Service is superb, exceeded my expectation! From Reservation (special thanks to Camille) down to Restaurant staff! All our request were granted including special arrangement with breakfast. However toiletries are not fully set-up no slippers, no laundry bag etc. Overall experience is good!

A weekend stay which overall was very nice. Located in Punta Engano its a little quieter than the main Lapu Lapu tourist area. Roo. Was clean and very quiet for sleeping. However next door there as a construction site which is just starting. The drilling noise throughout the afternoon was horrendous. The beach area was very nice & clean, enjoyed our swimming in the afternoon & morning. Breakfast was included in the price & sufficient - a limited choice though. We ate in the restaurant just once - prices as excepted for a resort are very high, thats why the place had very few diners ! However the worst part was the lousy food - i think i had the worst cesars salad ever, limp sloppy lettuce, no croutons with a meager portion of chicken. For P540 pesos + tax i was expecting a bit more. I would return to the resort but certainly not for the food.…

old, partiallyrefurbished, old dirty carpets with spots , the bathrooms is from another century , guess witch one . this tiny, ugly and dangerous : going ito the bath is acrobatic and unacceptable . the tv is not working and the internet conection so weak that netflic is not possible ! . nice little restaurant, good service, nice beach and pool . at least they have something positive they are not responsible of course, this is the 2monthearlier typhoon, like everybody....

We stayed in this place after a 10 day quarantine and it was just a perfect getaway to just relax and have the beach in front of the hotel , the swimming pool, the restaurant with great food. it is not a gigantic place compared to other places but everything was within reach. Boodle menu was delicious and beautifully presented and reasonable!. Breakfast was delicious too. Rooms are clean! Can't wait to get back!

I really had stressful week and need to go to a place where I can relax but still have to do my work since that mood occurred on a weekday. Good thing that BE Resort had a promo on their staycation rate. The place was really relaxing, the staff were exceptionally friendly, the food were superb, and they have a reliable internet connection. We stayed their for their valentines promo. The general feel of the resort was cozy. It’s small resort with limited amenities but it allows you to relax and bask under the sun. The bathroom needs refurbishing as some knobs were already popping out. The food was great the service was slow unfortunately. Rain poured during the valentine dinner by the beach it was unfortunate they did not have a back up plan for that scenario. General review is ok, will probably book again but not at the top of my list.

Staff are unprofessional, we were calling from UAE to this resort to make booking and make the payment, we even got a Filipino staff to speak in their language, but after two days of following up, they had to say they don't accept credit card or online transfers and we have to book through online portals only. Such information if the staff had to give on day 1 itself, things would have been smooth and would have booked this resort. Edwina Zapanta is the staff and very unprofessional. This trip was for 6 rooms for a corporate team outing.
