The beach is beautiful but rooms are overrated and the food is very expensive compared to other places. The check in is at 2:00 pm but you have to check out at 12:00 which means you booked for 22 hours not 24 as supposed to be like most other places.

We landed in this hotel by sheer chance mid March as the pan-demic was starting to impact and islands were closing, an impulse booking just for one night as somewhere to stay not too far from the airport as our itinerary was cancelled. On reflection we were so very lucky to have found it as it became our home for 3 weeks! We cannot praise the hotel chain and the staff, special shout out to Rey(manager),Apple (restaurant) & Jay (bar) but to all the staff really who looked after us so well during our stay, we will always be grateful to you for keeping us safe, helping us when we needed it and in hindsight I am so glad we ended up staying with you, I hope you are still all keeping well. So the hotel is not a 5* resort but there was a lot of renovation work being undertaken whilst we were there and the sea room villas that we were kindly moved to were lovely, we had everything we needed and they were very clean, just what we needed at the time. The food was good and reasonably priced and I can still say that after eating from the same menu for 3 weeks solid :) The pool bar and cocktails were fab and I am sure that had we visited at a different time we would have really enjoyed a few nights there. The staff here outshone some of the staff that we encountered in some 5* resorts, they went above and beyond at a time that was also difficult for them, thank you from the bottom of our hearts and We wish you all every success in the future xx

We landed in Cebu at 8pm after catching the last ferry from Bohol following lockdown due to Covid 19, knocking us completely off our planned itinerary. We quickly booked this hotel as an interim solution. This became our home for the next three weeks as we could not get back to the UK. So OK it wasn't planned and perhaps this would not have been our first choice, but what can I say, the staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Given the uncertainty of their future and jobs, they remained cheerful and really could not do enough for us. By the second week the management met with the guests and explained that they understood our difficulties and how the cost of staying there was mounting, therefore they agreed to reduce food, drink and accommodation by 20%. As we could not leave the resort this was very considerate, although it has to be said the food was not overpriced beforehand. With regards to the resort it was clean and tidy. On our last week due to only 12 guests the management made the decision to move everyone to one block: an upgrade given free of charge. In the end there were only 8 guests left in the hotel. We took the repatriation flight on the 7th April and the Manager Reynold arranged for the hotel bus to take us to the airport, free of charge. The staff got up extra early (430am) to provide breakfast prior to our departure. Overall I cannot praise this resort enough. All the staff were wonderful but a big shout out to Rey, Apple and Jay.

Ambience was great. Pool was nice. Evening by the beach was amazing. The service was good. I love how the rooms are situated and trees are surrounding them. It's indeed a great place to chill and really relax. Would definitely go there again.
