Stayed 4 nights, if you are after peace and quiet then this is the place. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant has a good variety of local foods, the views from the balcony are stunning, even got to see a thunder storm roll in. Make sure to hire a bike, as it is a walk to everything.

My family stayed overnight.
Room was very good, clean and cozy. (booked family room with 3 beds, a couch and complete set toiletries for everyone.)
ac was good, bed sheets fresh, fluffy pillows, loved the warm blankets.
the staff - amazing. super friendly and accommodating.
pool was okay for a quick dip. could be better though.
i wouldn't recommend swimming at the beach, needs a lot of improvement. looks like its generally used for bangka docking catering to the diving guests.

my rating for this 2-star resort: 3 stars.
kudos to all the friendly staff, this added 2 more stars for us.

Resort was family run and felt personal. Staff showed interest in our child and made our stay special. Nice touch of having games to play at each meal. Pool was great/ well maintained and service was good.

Great location, nice no frills Philippines kind of hotel, it is on the ocean and has a pool.
Breakfast is included as well. We paid an average of about $35 per night, the room was comfortable, also the room has a balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying the ocean view, or just hanging on. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, which is the norm for the Phillippines. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is minutes from Mactan airport, so it is perfect after a long flight to get to comfort.

I give it 5 stars for location, staff helpfulness, and breakfast.

Good is resort has friendly staff. Cons has quite a lot:
1. a resort has less than 30 rooms but has 6 or more different type to choose in Booking.com. Unfortunately, i got trapped by this unfriendly setup and made a mistake in room selection at booking. I would say this is very customer unfriendly.
2. majority of the rooms are facing an empty site which housed dozen of rooster and they start crowing as early as 2 o'clock in the morning !!! if you are light sleeper, definitely don't stay here.
3. there is no table or bench in the room except one small stool. How can you put your lugguage, accessories? Also, no hooks in the bathroom; can hardly place your clothing when shower.
4. do not swim in the pool. it is sour (acidic). you can easy taste it or you feel gritty teeth after swam in it. I think resort management needs to address this as it could have health hazard!!
5. other nuisances: wifi not stable and Globe data coverage in this area not reliable.

+Placed in resort area, there’s nothing to do nearby. You have to take a taxi or jeepney to go to other places. The room has a a nice size, there's a lot of storage. The wifi was poor on my room but normal at general areas of the hotel (but weak on swimming pool). Swimming pool is nice. There is no beach. Breakfast is good (a la carte) and staff are super helpful. The bed is confortable but there's was a sweaty smell that come out from the matress or its cover.

This hotel has the worst customer service and it is not a beachfront resort. It is not even a resort. Yes it has a seaside view but thats about it. You cannot swim on the seaside cause it is dirty.
The rooms are ok, but the resaurant, food and other facilities are just hideous.
I booked cause it looks nice and I was thinking it had a beachfront. I stayed there the first night. After my bad experience I transferred to another hotel and they were supposed to reimburse the rest of my reservation. They said no! After a long talk they offered 50% reimbursemente which up to this day it hasn't happened. I would never recommend this to anyone! Worst experience in Cebu!

The room was very simple, with no decoration or TV and a funny old smell. The shower is small and does not have pressure, wifi is poor and only working at the reception. The bar selection is sad, breakfast choices awful, not a single continental option. The information in the room was only in Japanese and when asked at the reception we were told the manager new but didn't want to change it. The only good part is the swimming pool as it doesn't have access to the beach or close by. OK for one night but it has lots to improve

The resort has a seafront and several small pool, which is a major plus. However, rooms are very basic and not very good value. Filipino staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves basic Japanese staples and Filipino food.

I found out about this new resort in the internet. decided to head their for my very shot vacation. surprisingly when i arrived in the place it was more that what i saw in the internet. the place was relatively new and still under construction though its already operational. i can say that it more than good enough for me since i stayed only for a day. the staff were very accommodatiing, very warm. they'll make u feel at home. very clean resort. the pools were good. just 2 things that i dont like. first, the signage outside the entrance gate its not noticeable. i got lost way back to the hotel 2x. second is the sea water fronting the resort, its not well maintained.
