It's near IT Park but situated in a somewhat secluded street, a tip, just mention zerenity hotel so your driver won't have difficulty finding the place. As there's no elevator, we asked for their deluxe room on the second floor, a nice, cozy little room with a good wifi coonevtion. I have to mention some downsides though, the bathroom is so small you could hardly move, and when you sit, your knees will touch the wall, but overall, it was still a good stay, I will still be back if I'm on a tight budget.

we stayed in their deluxe room 2nd floor for 4d and 3 nights. what i love is the security of the place. they do have a friendly security guard and staff/receptionist. good space for cars if you do have one. the bed is not too big, clean place and a small led tv wth hot shower though the water is not that strong as ive expected though it is enough for me. what i also love in this place is that the location is accessible to our destination this is not because we have a car for our ride but for the fact that it is near in mcdonalds it park, 7eleven. waterfront and JY square mall. the price is reasonably good esp when you're always out and you only look for a place to sleep. i recommend this place.

nice room, decent place and location since they are located near at IT Park where some of restaurants are located. during our visit in cebu they have SUGBO Mercado which is available every Thursday and Friday. Next time that we wil visit cebu we're surely stay at this place.

Over-all, this is a good place to stay. Please read on. This facility has no service elevator. So, if you have big suitcases with you, ask for a room downstairs since they have about 2 or 3 of them. That is, if you don't mind being so close to the front desk and right next to the stairs where you could possibly hear other guests milling around and as they climb up and down. We were given a room on the 2nd floor which did not present much of a problem because the guard is at the ready to take your luggage without you asking for assistance. So, don't worry much in case you got housed further up. I forgot to take photos of the interiors but our room was pretty decent. Almost everything is new. And the AC is supercool. We stayed here for 1 night only before heading to Movenpick for the last stop of our Cebu 2015 vacation. We figured we won't be needing a hotel because of that. Staff - helpful, gave us a contact for van transfer going to Movenpick, gladly gave us directions going out to the city Location - okay, near the business park, you have to walk to the corner though, around 1-3 minutes, to get access to public transportation Room - got their standard room, really small bed, good for one only, ended up getting another mattress, bed is not too comfy but will do for an overnight stay and if you are on a budget, basic AC - working perfectly Bathroom - small too but okay, basic No elevator, so if your room is located at the higher floors and you have big baggages, ask for help Overall,…

Room was good, comfy bed and good AC. Located near IT Park, if you're there at the weekend there's a great street food market within walking distance. Sorted a taxi for us at 3 am with no problems. 7/11 a few doors down which is handy.

It's newly open. Rooms are small but good value already with the price you pay. Hot & cold shower on some rooms too. But you wont really need a hot shower anyway. Great place to sleep for the night and leave your things during the day. So far I think its the cheapest that you can find in this location. So near IT park where there are a lot of dining options and there's also a 711 nearby. Safe location. We've stayed here on 2 occasions and we'll definitely come back when in Cebu unless there's another hotel that can offer lesser price in this area in Lahug/Apas.

We stayed here for 2 nights last February. Room was clean. Walking distance from and to Cebu IT park. Accessible via public commute. Near 7/11 convenience store abd a 24 hour McDonald's. The staff were accommodating. Good value for money.

Stayed here for 3 days during sinulog festival. The room rate was really reasonable but the bathroom is just too small. The pension house is somewhat hard to find but it is located just a waking distance to i.t. park giving you a lot of options for food and some night life. Jeepneys going to other places in Cebu is just accessible which will help you save a lot of money.

Convenient for budgeted travelers, I stay for almost a week same treatment,they are so nice and accommodating. They always have more information especially where are the near malls located, perfect for unwinding and jogging.because there is a near park,accessible to public transportation. Excellent.
