I got scammed by a Binary option trading company where i had invested the sum of $536K BTC just few months ago, the whole thing was like a movie to me... is not advisable to embrace every opportunity that comes your way especially the ones that comes online, initially i was introduced to this company by a friend on Instagram, i never knew i was been setup and manipulated i was made to believe that this program is the Real deal towards changing and upgrading my financial life, Well i trusted them and invested a lot of money without being aware this was all scam. Finally it got to the point that i wanted to withdraw my funds as i have made a lot of profits altogether over the few months i have invested, I noticed that i was not allowed to withdraw my funds into my Bank. i can read clearly my total Earnings from my dashboard but was not able to withdraw it to my bank, I reached out to the Costumer servicer dept and made this issue known to them, i was asked to pay for some fees so i could be able to withdraw my funds into my bank but after i did and still could not have the withdrawal done, they kept demanding for more fees.. it was really a terrible experience i couldn’t believe things like this exist until it happened to me. i did everything possible to resolve this with the company but it was as if I’m making more mistake because i had to pay for more fees which they requested and still couldn’t have the access to withdraw my investment. The cleanest and most affordable hotel located in the midst of downtown, walking distance to Sto nino church. I love the service there, plus food was very cheap and yummy. Definitely a good spot.. I notice lots of tourist where also staying there. An A+ hotel. The very important part for my family was cleanliness of the hotel, and the service. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

It was October 13th and made a booking for the next day for my fiancee - for October 14th 2014 but forgot that it was already the 14th in the Philippines. My fiancee immediately, within 5 minutes of the booking, called the hnotel to make the change to the following day. They refused, knowing I was about to lose my money and that they would be getting paid for nothing. Even after a few phone calls they woudn't do it. This is simple and plain dishonesty on their part and indicates just who you;re dealing with if you go to this hotel. We're disgusted with them for their attitude and dishonesty - they could have made the switch in a minute for us - after all, we had only just booked 5 minutes before!

A relatively new hotel. Taxis could locate it if you mention it's beside La Fortuna bakery. They bake fresh daily which you can bring back home as Pasalubong. It’s the most affordable hotel located in the heart of downtown; walking distance to Sto. Niño Church, Magellan's Cross, DFA, department stores & wet market . Also a few minutes to Fort San Pedro and the port to Bohol. The room was relatively small but were only there as a stopover on our way to Bohol. So we didn't mind. Our room was facing the street so we get to see the nightly activities. The room is equipped with electronic key card, air-conditioning, cable tv, a ref, kettle, glasses & cups. A hot/cold water dispenser is located at the hallway. Hotel equipped with elevator. Very clean bathroom and toiletries are replaced daily. There were seminars & business conferences during our stay so the hotel was packed. Breakfast is served between the reception desk area and the bakery. Choices limited to eggs, sausages, bacon, ham with rice and hot beverages or juices. The biggest malls in Cebu like SM, Ayala, Robinsons can be reached by a short jeepney or taxi ride. Transportation is not a problem. The security guard readily assists you in getting a cab or directions to your next destination. Just to make sure my vehicle was safe the hotel doorman parked it at their delivery trucks garage on the 4th floor of the hotel in the evening & drove it down in the mornings. We love the service...staff always with a ready smile, very polite and helpful.

Stayed at Hotel Fortuna for 2 days. It's a great hotel, for the most part. The lobby is very nice. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Security is excellent. The rooms are more than adequate, although the shower curtain should fully extend to the floor. The only drawback is the location. Oh, it's not entirely bad, but my friends who live there said don't go walking around at night. There's a string a food kiosks along the way to a main street. Had no problems walking through the crowd. Even saw a few foreigners walking in their midst from my hotel window. I can't say whether or not I would stay there again, due to the accommodations and staff. There's a nice bakery next door with an equally attentive staff.

Have stayed here for 3 days last July 2011. Although located downtown, our taxi driver seems unfamiliar with the hotel. Turned out that he is more familiar with the bakery (La Fortuna Bakery) located next door. Anyways, check-in was fast and hassle-free (thanks to Ms Lory of Front Desk).
The room we stayed at (Standard Room) was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, AC working properly. There was hot water in the shower, toilet working properly, plus provided us with clean towels and simple bath amenities everyday. The room also has cable TV, an electric kettle and thermos. They also provided glasses and cups. It’s a plus for us since we like to have coffee/tea before going to bed. They also have a hot/cold water dispenser (which works properly) located at the hallway.
The accommodation comes with a daily free set breakfast. Don’t expect too much from it though.. But there are restaurants and fast food chains near the hotel. Next door is their bakery where you can buy freshly-baked local pastries that you can bring home.
The hotel is conveniently located near several major tourist spots, malls, local shops, markets, banks, ATMs. Most of it are within walking distance. The biggest malls in Cebu can be reached by a short jeepney or taxi ride. Transportation is not a problem.
The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. They readily give you directions to wherever you want to go including what/where to ride. So, kudos to the staff of Hotel Fortuna! Will definitely recommend you!

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to cebu, it was my first time in cebu but been to manila and boracay before. I stayed in Hotel Fortuna because my friend back home in NY recommended the hotel to me and WoW is all I can say. First of All, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, everyone in the hotel spoke good english so it was a breeze to communicate, then the room was Amazing. I stayed in a room with a waterfall and a garden outside and man it was the best for the price. My colleagues stayed at waterfront and they came over and was blown away by the interiors of the room. My girlfriend and I was ecstatic about how centrally located the hotel is. We walked to Sto Nino church where we went to church almost everyday and went shopping at Gaisano Metro which is also a few steps away.
Anyhow, Id like to give thanks to the staff of Hotel fortuna especially to Carmen for Accommodating to my needs.
