This hotel tucked in a corner of IT Park Cebu is a good budget hotel choice. The rooms are clean and the customer service is great. There is a 711 at the ground floor and a small restaurant you can have your meals in.

Excellent hospitality. Stayed here for almost 2 months and their service is exceptional. Alexis and the other staffs have the initiative to assist us even if we haven't asked. The front desk staffs are very warm and welcoming everyday. They even stay awake to open the main door if we need to go out during midnight for work. Rooms are clean. They make sure to provide toiletries and bathroom supplies regularly. I would rate it the highest I could. Hope I would be back someday.

I had stayed in this hotel in July 2014 for five nights. I was ready to check in into another hotel, when I saw this hotel. I simply walked into and got immediately charmed but boutique style interior. The rooms are so new and beautiful, that they are on the verge of being considered sterile. The side rooms have an extra window which has a lovely city view, vs. mountain view from the other rooms. The breakfast was not provided, as the top floor panorama view restaurant was still in construction. The powerful shower and phones in the rooms are provided. 7 Eleven is downstairs and a bunch of other restaurants are on a walking distance as the hotel is in the IT Park Area. The customer service and security are amazingly friendly and hospitable. They would do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The distance from Ariyaduta mall is just five minutes by taxi, if there is no traffic. IT Park offers a bunch of international restaurants and it is excellent for walking around. The standard rooms were priced USD 35 which was really suitable for the quality and service. I must admit that the room quality and the service were on a par with the five star hotels. I would like to highly recommend this hotel as your ideal Cebu destination. The hotel is centrally located.

I arrived and checked in at 9pm in Zerenity Hotel Cebu coz I had a meeting upon arrival from the airport at 1pm today. I had multiple calls and emails so went straight to working on the table inside my room.

Then, I needed to pee.

Upon opening the toilet bowl seat, it was very dirty full of urine.

The house keeping did not clean my toilet. I assume a supervisor inspects the cleaning done by the housekeeping staff….

I’m extremely disappointed because I checked in late… so the hotel housekeeping had long hours to clean and inspect my room before I arrive.

So I called the front desk to report it. Now the evening housecleaning staff is here and cleaning the toilet.

I am very sad because I am a regular guest in this hotel since 2020…. It is only now that I experienced this terrible and yucky experience.

I hope the hotel reprimands housekeeping because this is a very nice hotel. Their housekeeping in charge of cleaning my room should get serious reprimand.

There's no possible way to get a good night sleep here because of the constant nightly noise from the nearby restaurants and business establishments in IT park just a few meters away. Literally the noise you would hear in a club. Perhaps this hotel should install some soundproofing to at least muffle the noise. If you cannot sleep with even the slightest noise, do not stay here.

Well what can I say about this little gem in Cebu?
Let's start with their staff who were super polite greeting you every time you walked in or out but not in an "expecting a tip" kind of a way. They took our bags to our room and were always very happy to oblige when help was asked for.
The rooms were super clean and the bathrooms were great (which is a necessity when your bowels are struggling in an unfamiliar country).
The location is really convenient just above a 7/11 convenience store and short walk to a plethora of restaurants, bars and fast food (many of which are 24 hours. Also a very secure place centralised in a safe area of the city called "IT park". Free wifi was offered to all rooms also.
I could go on all day about how wonderful my experience was at Zerenity but I'll leave it here and just say I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cebu. 5 star service, great location and a clean facility.

If you are on a budget and would visit Cebu, this hotel is highly recommended. The standard room is around P1,700 per night double occupancy with no breakfast. However, the lack of breakfast makes up for the beautiful room we stayed in. Crisp sheets, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The service is also the best. I hope they would continue with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the attentive and courteous service for years to come.

The Zerenity hotel proves that you can enjoy first class rooms even on a budget.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 months and this hotel is highly recommended. I would stay there over and over again. The service from everyone was superb. They were always very polite and always greeted everyone. The room was always cleaned perfectly and there was free wifi. Whenever I asked anyone in the Front Desk where I can go to experience the culture and scenery, they recommended beautiful breath taking places. There was a 711 downstairs which was convenient and the hotel location is less than a minute walk to IT Park where you can enjoy great food and music. The staff definitely made this stay feel like home. Thank you Jane, Antonio, Kaye, Benji, Ms. Daphne, Ryan, GM and everyone else!!!

We are a couple who stayed here for two nights since this is the nearest to IT park where my husband works. Upon arrival, we were given a twin sharing bed to our surprise as if we are not husband and wife to put us in two separate beds. They tried hard to squeeze us by putting the beds next to each other but left the telephone in the middle of the bed and a side lamp between us.Crazy! My husband asked the reception to transfer us to another room but the staff first answered no, eventually was forced when my husband raised his voice. We then transferred to another room with now one queen size bed but when I covered myself with their comforter, I started scratching my body. It has a lot of bed bugs! I called and they changed it though but how can a new comforter be that itchy as if it was used by some other guests!!Next--I wanted to have coffee just for the heck of it but the water heater has to be requested from the reception. When I asked for it, the reception staff said that he still has to check if there is one available.. What?! I am from Manila and that was my very first visit to a local province and I was so disappointed. I do not want
to go back to this place again . Oh and to add...some local song being played at 4 am by a local resident in a house nearby...what a sleepless night!

Although the hotel is relatively new and has clean rooms, comfy beds and is in an ideal location close to malls, restaurants and the price is affordable, THE STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD! The front desk staff is useless and cannot provide any answers when you ask them questions, wifi was down and I had to call the front desk at least 5 times to follow up. I requested for an extra blanket (which they charged me for) but I never received the blanket. TERRIBLE service.

Hi Isidro! No they don't have free pick up from the airport. There are a lot of taxis passing by Zerenity since it's just outside the I.T. park where there are lots of offices.
