Clean and spacious rooms. Clean bathroom, toiletries provided. Cold A/C
We got a room with city view.

Bed is a bit small and sheets are thin. But its okay.
Overall, room is great. We had a bit of trouble checking-in.

Ayala Center is about 10 minute walk. There's a Jollibee nearby.

I love the staffs and personnel because they are very friendly and courteous; and also the ambiance of the room which is clean and comfortable. It is near Ayala Mall and walking distance from Mango Square Ave and Fuente Osmeña Circle. However, it is hard to find taxi in that place and the guards has no initiative to help find cab with the outgoing guests.

We wanted to stay a few nights with 2 small kids. 6&4
They said kids under 11 is free. But on arrival they charge us extra for an extra bed. Same as extra adult. So kids are not free. Then when we came back and see the extra bed we couldn't believe how small it was will never fit 2 kids. But with a smile on their face they said we can have another extra bed with again aditional charge.
For this price we could have stayed in a desent hotel.
No wonder this hotel is doing bad.

Ive been booked in several average type business hotel nationwide and across Asia, this Azia Suites has nothing special to make it higher than the rests. Checking in is good though. Staff explains everything before sending you to your room. Buffet breakfast has little to offer. If you stay for a week, you're likely to get the same meals after every two days, said a German who befriended me on the second floor. Location is far from the main street, thus you have to walk to get there, not good walking in the dark though, coz the street is not a usual route of public tansportations. To hell to those who said, its waliking distance to malls, have you ever tried it? Rooms is quiet ok, but i have tiled floors, the cold tiles is bad for bare feet, and the slipers they give just tears apart when you use it.
When you open the tap or shower, the initial water that comes out has a strong algae smell. I dont know whats in it, next ime ill bring a petri dish with culture media.

I decided to try this hotel for a couple of days, since I heard good things about the place.

First of all, its a perfect location, just near good bars and restaurants.

When u enter the hotel premises, the guards are a bit too much "annoying" I would call it. Asking u a million questions, for reasons I still dont understand.

U then get greated by very professional and nice bell boys at the door, who immediately help u with your luggage.

The lobby itself was not impressive but okay.

Reception... Well where to start.
It was like seeing old friends u haven't seen in years. In a very good way, I just felt at home. They were such lovely ladies, and I felt I have known them for years. What a GREAT and PROFESSIONAL service they provide. Sadly again I forgot the name of the lady I dealt with the most. Amazing.. Really amazing.

I decided on a junior suite with kitchen. Beautiful room.. Everything was in top order.

I noticed my ceiling fan in the cr, had not been cleaned for a while. That was really the only "problem" about the room.

Breakfast.... For a hotel like that it was awful. What a disgrace to serve food like that in such a beautiful hotel. I talked to reception about that, and I met their GM, who was such a great and understanding guy. They were at the process of replacing those cook's, so changes were already in place.

I extended my stay, and been there few times later also.

My last stay, the cooks had been replaced, and the foods had been improved. But for me it's still not good enough.

Also sadly even I told them about the dirty ceiling fan, on my next stay in the same room, it still had not been cleaned. So housekeeping need to be dealt with.

Buttom line, I will defently highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Most staff are excellent, from their GM to bell boys. Everyone makes u feel at home.

Thank u guys for a great stay, and u will see me again very soon. (I hope the ceiling fan is cleaned by then).

Front desk are very nice and proffessional, offering help to contact grab and giving me favor to by using her phone to contact my family member as I don't have a Phillipine sim card at that time of arrival (sorry I forgot her name, she is gorgeous lady)room is quiet, clean and smoke free, walking distance to Ayala shopping center, taxi is not easy to come by because of the area usually it passes by with passenger already that's we often opt for grab/uber and it is cheap good pace to stay to finish off your ling holiday!

Once again, I was not disappointed to come here. I also noticed that outlets were updated to include USB charging for mobile phones. Staff always courteous and friendly. It’s always easy to catch a white cab from there. Skipped restaurant this time around as I was on a bit of a budget this visit. So far still one of my top places to stay. Thank you Azia.

This place is great. The staff is very helpful. The room was clean and cozy. TV and cable was great. Internet was decent enough to work with. The restaurant had a good breakfast. Didn't have the chance to go to it too much. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main streets but I always saw taxis pass by. Also do not walk out at night. Use a taxi or Grab car. I will definately go back there again. One thing though I did not think there were enough outlets for our phones and devices. Other than that no complaints.

We liked the place as it was quiet and the room seemed very new.
It was not very spacious although apparently we had an upgrade. We could not really tell what the upgrade was though. The bathroom was a bit small but everything was very clean and great water pressure.
The only issue was that everything in the room was damp. Even the blankets felt uncomfortable because of the humidity in the room.
The breakfast was buffet style but not impressive. The best thing about it was that you could order eggs any style and the poached eggs were great.
For 50-70 PHP you can go by taxi to the Aya Mall which is huge and open 7 days a week with many restaurants, cinema and shops.
We ate once at the little roof top restaurant but the chairs were extremely uncomfortable, the music too loud to have a conversation and it took about 40 minutes until we received it. We ordered starters and received the main dishes together with the starters. The starters were not even warm anymore but cold. We did not go back!
We booked through booking.com and found out during check in that tax is excluded in the price which added another 10-13% (forgot the exact amount) to our bill.

We checked in at 9pm too, they have very helpful staff to manage that. As for check out, I am not quite sure, they may charge you a bit extra but if you request them before hand and let them know i think they will extend it for a couple of hours.
