Clean and spacious rooms. Clean bathroom, toiletries provided. Cold A/C We got a room with city view. Bed is a bit small and sheets are thin. But its okay. Overall, room is great. We had a bit of trouble checking-in. Ayala Center is about 10 minute walk. There's a Jollibee nearby.

Front desk are very nice and proffessional, offering help to contact grab and giving me favor to by using her phone to contact my family member as I don't have a Phillipine sim card at that time of arrival (sorry I forgot her name, she is gorgeous lady)room is quiet, clean and smoke free, walking distance to Ayala shopping center, taxi is not easy to come by because of the area usually it passes by with passenger already that's we often opt for grab/uber and it is cheap good pace to stay to finish off your ling holiday!

Location - good, walking distance to mango sq where lots of nightlife activities, resto and fast food is available. But NOT convenience store. The 7-11 is very far but there is a Shell Gasoline Station with a convenience store that is walking distance. Transportation - since its near mango, jeepney is accessible but it's not true when they say taxi is easy to get from here. In fact, all the taxis are just passing by the street with passengers onboard. So instead, do not waste your time and book a grab. Ayala Mall - nope, not walking distance like what I read from some reviews. ride a jeepney and it will take 10 mins or so to reach ayala mall. ATM - yes, accessible to BPI Room - everything is okay, comfy and big except for aircon that takes long to cool and the bathroom leaks. The shower has a glass sliding door and we don't know why despite that the water is still leaking and the exhaust fan not working Food - had breakfast and expecting a good buffet but is very limited to salad, soup that's already warm and bland, and omelet. They have a menu for rice meal (breakfast meal of your choice - traditional filipino, european, etc.) and the meat served are hard. The hot choco seems to be from a cocoa tablet and i didn't like the taste. Coffee is unlimited, try the macchiato. In short, didn't finish the meals served. That's 350php per person! Staff - friendly, accommodating Late checkout - available up to 5pm at 500 pesos otherwise you pay one night if you stay 6pm and beyond. Wifi - good I'm still considering to come back but hoping they make the improvements needed. P.S. called the restaurant to check what they have for merienda and they said they'll call us back but never did.

I love the staffs and personnel because they are very friendly and courteous; and also the ambiance of the room which is clean and comfortable. It is near Ayala Mall and walking distance from Mango Square Ave and Fuente Osmeña Circle. However, it is hard to find taxi in that place and the guards has no initiative to help find cab with the outgoing guests.

Thought we booked same room as we had stayed before here , this last room was barely large closet size with shower leaking on the floor of bathroom.. prepaid other wise would have moved to another hotel.. in fact, last night of reservation we did move. Additional charge of blood or wine on bed-sheet.... really.. thats a new scam. we did not notice it or drink wine... hmmmmm

We stayed here for four days and three nights. I came across it on the internet and decided to give it a try. I requested to have a standard twin room with one big bed for me and my companion, but the place was fully booked, so we had to settle for a room with two single beds. We requested to have the beds merged together, but they simply put them together, one next to the other, that go apart from time, revealing a gnawing space in between. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor, but it was reserved for a group throughout our stay there. Hence, all foods and drinks were just on room service and only until 10:00 PM. The rooms were not sound proof. I could hear people's noise both from the corridor and outside the hotel. The toilet was also quite small. I practically was pressed against the shower box everytime I sat on the toilet bowl. The door of the shower box also would not close well, resulting in slight flooding in the toilet when I took a shower. Towels were also old and overused. I can tell that from their texture and color. Lastly, the TV cable reception was not good and there were limited channels to choose from. Anything good about this hotel. Well, water pressure is good; heater and airconditioning work well; location is good; and wifi signal is strong. Would I stay here again? Mmmm. There are certainly better options out there. :D

This was a very pleasant find in Cebu when I could not book at my usual hotel. It’s located in a side street so it’s not easily seen. But that makes it a very quiet hotel. The building is beautiful and the hotel itself is very clean and well-appointed. The staff always helpful, e.g., when you need a taxi or if you have heavy luggage, or have a request at unholy hours. Room was pristine, spacious, and secure. The breakfast was very generous. I would recommend it to friends and I would want to stay here again.

Once again, I was not disappointed to come here. I also noticed that outlets were updated to include USB charging for mobile phones. Staff always courteous and friendly. It’s always easy to catch a white cab from there. Skipped restaurant this time around as I was on a bit of a budget this visit. So far still one of my top places to stay. Thank you Azia.

Hotel is around 45 minutes from the airport with traffic. It's near Ayala Mall and SM City. Rooms are ok and everything you need to have a pleasant stay is provided. Conference rooms are spacious with good sound system and food. The food included with your accommodation through, can be improved. Thanks.
