Their room is full of amenities and very accessible wherever you go in the city. Their room rates are just affordable. I called their front desk for a concern and they immediately resolve it. I would definitely go back there in my next visit to cebu

The reception was nice when i inquire so i book the place for a night only, so as the bellboy was very helpful and looks pleasing, unfortunately I dont remember the names of the hotel staff that assist me. The area where the hotel is situated is really close to places around the city but was too traffic as schools are closeby and loads of restaurants or fast foods as well especially korean restaurants which is very popular cuisine nowadays so if you are not always in a hurry, love to explore places and need a room to just sleep then the hotel is the right spot for you. If you prefer to ride public cheap transportation towards your journey, jeepneys or minibus are passing through this area so its a great advantage also. When you are out of the hotel, boom! Instant any type of public transports are everywhere no need for long waits. The negative side of the hotel which is the reason i rated low is i did not have a proper sleep. AC is working great no issues, the disadvantage was the allocated room. We book higher room category with twin beds as the cheapest rooms are fully booked so i expected nice but It is so far with a scary walkway and its really at the edge. I have a kid with me and we are girls with big luggage and backpacks so receptionist should have given us a room a bit close to the way going to lobby. I expected as well a relaxing room, yes very spacious indeed but the pillow provided is 1 on each bed only and very flat like im laying my head in a folded blanket. The room is too vintage like 1960s style so room looks haunted for us. What dissapoints me more, the sheets looks like it wasnt washed for decades! So disgusting really that i have to cover the pillows with my shirts. I am not saying that this hotel dont change sheets, i am fully aware that all hotels or even hostels have standards for change sheets however if the bedsheet looses its color that it doesnt count as neat or pleasant, must be disposed immediately as its not hygienic for guests. You may wash the linens a million times but still the guests would only understand what they noticed and trust that it will have a negative impact towards the hotel ratings in any booking sites. Room is not sound proof as well that we hear voices, screaming babies and early morning alarms from roosters is the most annoying part. I stayed a lot of different type of room rentals but never did i have this issues. I dont know if i got punked or im just unlucky that time to experience that bad but hopefully no other guests will have the same issues as mine.

My room was big for me. It has basic amenities like ref microwave oven heater tv ac. Internet was fast on the 4F. My room was cleaned daily and there's a new supply of toiletries for two every morning too. I love how the room cools fast. The front desk people were nice and accommodating. There's a ₱500 deposit for the key card though but you'll get it back when you check out. Booking was easy. I got a rush booking the morning thru wixhotels before I get to the hotel that afternoon. The area is on a busy Blvd but you'll get to have access to nearby convenience store, pharmacy, café, resto, food park, bbq stall, and student canteen. I'd enjoy my stay in the hotel as it was near my training venue. There's hot shower and bathtub. The price for standard double room was reasonable.

This hotel made me and my family disappointed. The room air conditioning would not cool the room below 24 degrees Celsius and the air was stale in the room. The bathroom had mold and mildew around the grout. I did not file a complaint because my wife said, I should complain about air and mold on the first day. So now I will share with future travelers. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was awesome. However, the air conditioning, the stale air, and bathroom made me only give a poor review. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was always clean, personnel very friendly and helpful, great location--close to stores, restaurants, Waterfront Hotel and Casino, and the price was great for an economy room for 1-2 people: $21 per night, no reservations needed.

After paying for your room with a credit card, the desk clerk will demand a cash deposit for the room. The clerk will refuse to put the room deposit on the credit card. I like having my owne record of a transaction. Un-modern business practices. Dont get scammed and asked to pay twice. North Wind hotel is basically across the street, nicer hotel for a similar price.

The hotel is located along a busy thoroughfare and accessible from the IT park and Ayala Center. But for first-time guests, this may be quite difficult to find since their lobby isn't visible from the road. You have to go through a small driveway that looks like a parking access to get there. Room is very basic. Nothing fancy or remarkable to write about. Just enough for you to get a good sleep and a hot shower. Amenities are really below par and the last time we stayed here rain water was leaking through the window so we transferred to another room. There's no wifi inside the rooms and you need to go down to the lobby to gain access. Their breakfast service is poor so just get the room rate without breakfast. Anyway you've got lots of dining choices outside. I always end up here whenever my preferred hotels are fully booked especially for last minute bookings.
