We booked this hotel because it’s just along the road and we can just easily ride a jeepney after our year-end party. We love our room because we can easily see the buildings and jeepneys in the glass window. Though it’s not spacious but we love it. The only downside of this was they cannot provide utensils so we can eat inside the hotel because they do not have a restaurant inside the hotel. So far, it’s good.

Booked my stay via Agoda app. Front desk staff was polite and seemed friendly. The room they gave me only had 1 window and the view was just a wall which made the room really dark. Had trouble with the shower since the knob wasn't working so we had to ask help and they were prompt in doing so. Bathroom was just..okay. Nothing special. Just a regular looking bathroom which needs a little bit of cleaning. It would be better for the bathroom to smell good as well, not that it smelt bad. I almost forgot about the free toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc which I received as freebies during my stay. :)

The location is good and price affordable. I was thankful that I only booked 1 night stay. I asked to change rooms twice due to excessive noise from guests in next room. The rooms must have had an entire group in there and as loud as a market! At check-in, another party was asking for refund at same time less than 20 min after check in. Check-in had no record of my special request in online booking - 1 extra pillow. Then insisted on 100p extra charge for 1 pillow?! I've never experienced this low level in all my travels. The room had not be thoroughly cleaned and the noise from the elevator made good sleep impossible. Don't bother. I'll never stay there again!

This hotel is terrible. Front desk are filled with people who are not willing to help or to busy not to care. We booked under airbnb and they cant find the booking made by the host reddoors which cant be reached. Wait this property is RedDoorz but front desk "don't care" attitude was very appalling. We have shown them the booking confirmation code- rejected so many time. No proactivity at that point even if we've been waiting for 2 hrs with a sick man. They dont care. after we told them that we will sue then they just gave us a checkin form and they let us in. At checkout they accused at one of the linen has blood stain they will charged 300. We argued and said no we will not pay as we sense that hotel personnel is trying to give us a hard time after we filed a complaint at airbnb. Turn out the stain was just saliva. Never we will recommend this hotel again. no no. stay away

Stayed 2 nights, booked on a whim thru the Reddoorz App which friends have raved about. Reception was not functioning particularly well, perhaps that's to do with the love to reddoorz which has probably made some changes to processes.... Room fine spacious clean, bed comfortable and location good.

The hotel has a very good location. Near the Provincial Capitol building. Very easy to commute from this place. Lots of eating places nearby. Walking distance to services like salons, drugstore, etc. Great value for money for a room with breakfast.

I stayed here almost a week and I really loved it. Location is very good, just opposite the Capitol building and also 10 mins walking distance from Fuente circle. Service also good, staffs are friendly and smiling. They also have a restaurant at the top and the food quality also very good. They have free WiFi inside rooms but connection quality and speed doesn't really good. If you can get a room facing Capitol building, you can get a really nice mountain view. I loved this hotel and would like to come back again.

Accesible location, big room, the room has fridge for free use, comfy room for a very affordable price and fast wifi connection👌🏻 Could have given this 5star but reception service and hospitality needs improvement. “Wag nakasimangot” 😊
