This hotel uses photos from 30 yrs ago. What a pit. No AC that works. No Wi-Fi that works. No convience to anything. No stream of shower water just a trickle. Only 1.channel on the tv in the room. What a dump. Bad area. Rosters everywhere for cock fights Pool no chairs to sit on. Waste of money. Not even did the windows close. The staff was friendly. Resturant was good but portions very small.

Toilet, aside from being unclean, has no bidet or dipper and pail. We stayed in room 1212. Front desk people are unfriendly. Room not comfortable to stay in - feels like there are ghosts. Serving size of complimentary breakfast is so small. Good side - there's wi-fi in the rooms.

High price for that quality. There is no hot water in a bathroom. There is no euro-adaptor to charge my devices (ask on reception first day - they said "no", ask them next day - they give it to me for free). Refund payment 500 php required.

Near SM and Ayala, though location is a bit hidden, this cheap hotel is easily accessible to major thouroughfares in the city. For their economy room which is less than a thousand pesos and has swimming pool, booking a room here is a steal.

The hotel is okay. The property was a bit far from the main road, which is nice for those who wish to have a peacful night's sleep. The bed though was squeaking, I hope they have it fixed. No bathroom rugs, to prevent us from slipping if floors are wet. Will I return? Probably not. Do I recommend it? No.

The staff is rude, WiFi is not working, room not clean, worse breakfast ever, no bag storage after check out...the price is high for what they offer...so they won’t see me again! Likely I had just one night here.

I called for booking by phone and was informed i cant book if its only for 2 nghts. Minimum reservation was for 3 days. Yet when my wife booked in the internet for 2 days, transaction was done. It was a rainy week. Poor location. Difficult to get a taxi or grab. Hotel van had no driver. They even didnt have service umbrella so i can walk into the rain and get a taxi myself.

Our room was small and very clean, the hotel is an older hotel but renovations seem to be taking place we were happy even though I had made a mistake as we were wanting to say at their Metro Manadaue. There was hot water in shower,a refrigerator, and window in room, Bed was comfortable and there was a restaurant with very nice affordable foods. Take your own water as bottled water wasn't included in room rate,The hotel is not so close to shopping centres that you ould walk but taxis seemed no problem for security to get. This hotel is not a high end hotel but a budget Hotel and in my opinion well priced for that market, will return.
