It doesn't look like much from the outside and the tiny lobby is nothing to speak of but this is probably the best kept low budget hotel secret in Cebu. Small but spotless rooms with comfortable beds with thick, high thread count cotton sheets - not the paper thin synthetic sheets usually found in pension houses at this price range. Flat screen wall mounted TV's with cable and multiple channels - 30 or more including HBO, Star Movies, Fox, TLC, Discovery, Nat Geo and all the Filipino channels - you get the picture. Fast and reliable wi-fi at no extra charge. Room service! at a reasonable price and perfectly cooked - fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, eggs over easy, only the rice was a disappointment. Good sized tiled bathroom with a glass enclosed shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water plus high quality shampoo and a toothbrush with tooth paste! And to top all off, the walk-in price was less then the best rate I could find online. The only CON - no view out the window - it looked onto an air shaft but the upside was a VERY quiet room in noisy Cebu and about a 15 minute walk to Ayala.

We stayed in the family room at P1500 per day. I noted that this is already their premium and most expensive room We were able to check within a short period of time. The size of the room is just enough for the four of us. The two queen size beds were both covered with very clean white sheets and the 4 pillows were huge and sturdy. We requested for additional pillows at P25 per pillow. The closet cabinet was small and it could only accomodate clothes for one or two persons carrying average number of clothing for a 2 day stay. They provided us with free soaps, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste and even rubber slippers (the latest could not be taken home), Hahaha. The bath and toilet was squeaky clean and dry...flow of water was strong. They have a small cafe at the ground floor. We took our breakfasts there. We love the cebu chorizo entree....so much so that we ordered 3 kilos of that as our take home. There is a convenient store right beside it and we ordered our bottled waters there. As a whole, our stay there was comfortable and pleasing. Given the chance to visit Cebu City again, we will definetely stay here again.

I got a matrimonial room at Php 1050/night, and it was even better than I expected at such a cheap price. The place is either fairly new or very well-maintained. Lobby, restaurant, and elevator are small but spotless. Check-in and check-out was speedy.

My room had enough moving space, strong AC, cable tv and phone. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows fluffy, the sheets thick. Bathroom was tiny but very clean. Water pressure from shower is strong, towels are thick and big enough for me (I'm a fairly tall person), and the free toiletries like shampoo and soap aren't bad. Free WiFi connectivity in my room was so fast I even got to watch Youtube vids without complaint.

Pros:
- Very tidy place at such a cheap price
- Quiet area even in daytime
- There is a well-stocked convenience store downstairs open until 9 pm iif you need anything (they even sell Jack Daniels!)
- Staff is polite and quickly responds to requests (just don't expect them to make small talk)

Cons:
- Could be a little hard to find. The nearest well-known landmark at Gen. Echavez Street is Allson's Inn.
- Location is far from Cebu's business and entertainment areas. For instance, Lahug, Robinson's Place Cebu, and IT park are all a 15-min jeepney ride away.
- Not much to see in the area. The nearest place outside to eat is Jollibee, Lighthouse Restaurant and some bar-and-grills along Gen. Maxilom Ave.

If I return to Cebu City I'd book here again.

I came here many times now, and every time is great stay.
Very cheap, very very clean. Nice staff.
Quality price ratio is among the highest I ever be. Really strongly suggested considering also the location is very good, between mango square and Ayala.
Among my favourite cheap stay in Cebu.

We have Stayed in this hotel many times, over two years... the last Stay will be the LAST! In General the hotel looks clean and nice, heavy Chinese décor ( done wrong) Rooms are nice but cleaning staff is a Joke! Maintenance is a Joke too... Every time we have stayed here something needs repair ( I have fixed toilets, Water heaters, Etc.) Front Deck is Nice and Friendly the only shine this place has.

Now I have talked to the Front Desk about issues many times... it's Management that needs, training on how the hotel should look and work.

It is low cost but not the cheapest ( So it gets higher marks for looking Grand but that is not what it is.) We used this Hotel do to location, Jollibee walking distance for meals ( Café in Hotel too) Sari Sari Store at front door. So if this is a work type of Stay Beds are nice, Aircon works.. So a good night Sleep is all you need.

Housekeeping! White towels and sheets Should look White not Grey! Replace or learn how to wash whites!

PROS:

1. Value for money. The Inn is located not far from IT Park and Sugbo Mercado + more food options, you won't have hard time finding something to eat.

2. Location. It is located where multicabs are passing by going to Ayala Mall/JY Square Mall for Sirao/Temple of Leah. Its also very accessible to taxi's and private vehicles.

3. Room was nice, although albeit small, it was very clean, and the toilet has hot/cold water + did not have any foul smell. Their linens were also very clean, AC cooled the room fast and was working properly. There was also a cable flatscreen TV.

CONS:

Couldn't think of any.

This was a very basic hotel that also had wifi and a small restaurant with a very limited menu. The room was small but adequate. The bath had adequate amenities. The in-room AC worked well. The room had cable TV. No other amenities were there. Sheets and towels changed every other day if you asked the staff. The staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful. The rates were reasonable, but this was not a luxury hotel! Limited parking in front of hotel. There is an activity room on the second floor which could be used for smaller meetings or gatherings. It was about a 15 minute ride by taxi to Ayala Mall Cebu.

The good:
First off, price is very reasonable. 900PHP for 1night is pretty good for me since I didnt plan to stay in the room all day.
Second, service was good. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I asked for housekeeping help and was promptly assisted.

The bad:
For a hotel that's 100% non-smoking, I was placed in a room where the previous tenants obviously smoked.

Overall the experience was so-so.
