I would recommend their extra ordinary presentation, it’s quite different from other restaurants here in the city. It’s very distinctive taste of Cuatro restaurant at their lobby. This is the nth time that I have visited this place on different occasions. But still their getting better each visit. Their freshly baked bread and pastries is really the price you are paying. Their staff is very accommodating and I would like to recommend their hard working restaurant manager who see to it that their customers would really be contented, not only with their food, facilities and with their extra mile of service

Its a very comfortable hotel. I personally liked the rustic designs of the rooms plus its very spacious. Staff were very friendly, even the security guards. Everybody would always greet you as you pass by and were very accommodating on the smallest requests. Unfortunately due to pandemic, there was no buffet for breakfast buy they did offer a variety of choices and the serving was quite generous. No room claning though, but they did allow room transfers upon request and the hotel staff were open to assist the guests. Overall this stay was quite pleasant. Only down side was the wifi would tend to slow down or even go out at certian times.

The place is very well maintained with it's rustic ambiance. They have enough parking spaces and they are located very near to almost everything. The staffs are welcoming and with good grooming. Stayed at Cuarto and it was great! The place is super comfy, and the staff is really friendly. It’s in a good spot, close to everything. Perfect for a chill stay, not too fancy but definitely worth it. Would totally recommend mainly because of the location.

My best friend and I together with some friends came to this hotel for a quick Dinner. I loved the ambiance of this small Hotel. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was great as well. Service was also excellent .

Excellent hotel, well decorated and cozy. The breakfast is fantastic, lots of variety. The rooms are good, clean and the staff are friendly, attentive to everyone. We loved our stay. Good location, close to shopping malls, commercial center and parks.

I was a loyal client in this hotel. It was true that the crews offered exceptional customer service until one receptionist cancelled our reservation without informing us about it and acted like she never cared at all. Worst, it was already in the afternoon and we were on our way with kids in tow. Whatta way to treat clients!

For only P250 each, we enjoyed unlimited breakfast in a very nice and cozy ambiance, and a non-overcrowded easy Monday morning. Aside from the usual breakfast delight, such as waffle, muffins, bread, butter, jam, and omelet, their main dish was Pesto Pasta, Crispy Bacon, and Beef & Mushroom kind of steak. Green salad was also available, as well us cereals. They also serve unlimited coffee and “instant” fruit juice. The buffet is open from 6:00AM to 10:30AM. Their menu changes every day, so feel free to walk-in and check.

A lot of effort have been put into the detail, decor, and ambiance of the hotel. It is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Convenience stores are nearby. I complimented that their wifi was good for the Philippines, and I was told it's because they subscribe to a few providers, to ensure constant connection. Will definitely book here again when in Cebu

I looked for budget hotels here in Tripadvisor and saw Cuarto. All aspects of a classy hotel is in them. The rooms are quite small but the interior is very good. The lobby is very classy as well as the quirky elevator. They even have a bath-tub. I contacted them through facebook and I talked to the manager and she said that I don't need to pay a downpayment and I can just pay when we arrive. When we arrive, my mom's credit card is denied twice, the receptionist told us that we can pay tomorrow and we should rest because we just landed from our flight. Kudos to you sir! My mom got a bruise on of their tables, I immediately called front desk and asked for a first-aid kit and in seconds it is available already. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist you on anything. If you want a hotel that is classy, budget-friendly, super good customer service and close to the attractions in the city, this is the hotel to go to. :)))) will definitely be back.

Our Deluxe room is ranging from 22-24 square meters and this is much bigger than the other rooms.This room category equipped with WiFi, Cable LED TV, silent type air condition, hot and cold rain shower, bathroom amenities, safety deposit box, and complementary bottled water. It doesn't have balcony but its facing the mountain and away from the noise.
