Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Quite a mixed bag. The staff are friendly and helpful as usual. The room was very large in size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good and the courtyard to same was pleasant. Some good views from the top floor. Internet was ok. On the downside some housekeeping issues - the shower water (even after being looked at on my request) was coldish even though I was told the temperature was correctly adjusted. The Smoke Alarm was hanging from the ceiling amongst other things, but I had no doubt it was working. More of an issue was the location. Whilst it was in the neighbourhood of IT park, it was quite a walk along a long and busy road where crossing as a pedestrian was a risky experience to say the least. Furthermore, there are no restaurants or other places to get something to eat at night (the cafe is only open for breakfast as far as I understand and not dinner). Note that early check ins were valued at 100PHP per hour. Last but not the least, when I checked out, I was asked to stay briefly while the room was checked by reception. It's been a long time since I have been asked to wait after checkout in such circumstances. All in all, I would suggest a hotel closer to Ayala Mall or where there are plenty of food options at night.

What we like when we stays in Main Hotel and Suites is the welcoming Staffs who assisted us very well since we arrived, the rooms are big, clean and neat, the bed is soft and comfortable when we sleep and the AC is very cold, the food in restaurant is delicious and yummy. This hotel also have an elevator, but me and my partner chose not to used elevator. We practice to walk to stairs to exercise.. I just want to thank F.O Ms. Princess who assisted me since I booked my stays until in the last day and the FO graveyard shift duty too, I can't remember her name. To the housekeeping duty thank you for making our rooms clean. 💪. And to the Restau Staff too and to the chef who cooked a delicious dinner for me and to my partner. ♥️ Looking forward to stay again here soon.

Large, comfortable room, great air conditioning. EXCELLENT shower, very hot, great water pressure. The value you get for the price is amazing. The free breakfast was nothing special but at this price point I was not expecting anything. The TV only had local Filipino channels. Also very good location. I was able to walk to Gaisano country mall 5 minutes away each day. I ventured further out towards Banilad. I would definitely recommend.

Crashed at Main Hotel & Suites this past Sunday and man, it was top-notch. The digs were comfortable, sure, but the crew running the place? Stellar. These folks weren't just doing a job, they were making a difference, turning a typical stay into something special. Always ready to lend a hand, whether it was for a late-night grub or local know-how. It's hard not to feel a sense of kinship with them. If you're looking for a place with real heart, Maint Hotel nails it. Can't wait for round two.

Stayed for 7 nights great value. Staff were above expectations room was large and comfortable Will definitely stay here again in the future felt safe and secure. Deserves a higher rating closest thing to feel like we were special.

The place is nice. Clean an organized. Very homey. When bored, you can even ask to pick some mangoes at the backyard. 🤣 The ambiance reminds me of home and the staff are very warm and accommodating. Easy to be with, and would really listen to your request. So far so good. And I’ll definitely be back. This time with my family. ❤️

Staffs are very hospitable and kind. They maintain cleanliness of surroundings. But, I would suggest to improve their internet connection, because it was most of all time intermittent and low connection. Some of their rules for food were inconsistent and somehow did not meet my/our expectations.

We would like to thank our travel agency the hotel they chose for us, Main Hotel and Suites, the staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast is superb, always looking forward to it! The room is spacious, kudos to the housekeeping! Ayna in Front office is very welcoming, so lovely. We really had a nice trip thanks to all of you! We'll definitely come back!

Excellent customer service and clean rooms!! Bellboy was very attentive and helpful. Only complaints really is just the parking area were they did not clean the mud part in the cement so, have to make sure you park the Carl facing the hotel. Maybe clean the elevator and paint.

Of all the places I stayed at in Philippines during the last two weeks, this is my favorite! The staff is super friendly to a point you almost want them to stop but you really don't. The room is clean and does not smell weird or anything. The free breakfast was a very nice addition especially their tsokolate. For its price, it can't get any better. Gaisano Country mall is right next to it if you need anything. Good internet connection. If I am back in Cebu, I am staying here again.

The hotel is about 12 kilometers more or less from the airport, about thirty to forty minutes drive if there is no traffic. Airport transfer is P1,400.00 roundtrip for small cars up to four person and P2,400.00 for Van up to 12 persons roundtrip. Thank you.

Regarding about your inquiry, Main Hotel is 20-30 minutes. away to the airport without traffic. It will take you an hour or so during weekdays especially if it is rush hour.
Main Hotel do not provide airport shuttle for free, it will cost you an extra charge of Php 700.00 per way good for 5 persons (Car rate) & Php 1,100.00 per way good for 7-14 persons (Van rate).
You can also ride a metered taxi from/to the airport, it will just cost you more or less Php 200.00.
