One room with 2bed.a king size bed and the other one is single bed but enough for the 2 of us.were 4px.it cost only 900.it's very affordable,clean and staff are very acccomodating.i booked over the phone while travelling to the city and that its!no hasstle,no downpayment,we areived late at night but they welcome us nicely

Booked 3 triple rooms each with a double bed and a single bed for 2 nights. Booked directly with the property months early and deposited a night's stay per room. Was in Cebu with my family to attend my cousin's wedding. The location was around a 5 minute jeepney ride to Osmeña Circle. Usually was out during the day to stroll around the city & only stayed at the property during the night. The room I stayed together with a family member was at the second floor. This establishment don't have an elevator and I requested during booking to have a room at the ground floor, which fortunately, they had available on the arrival date. The bathroom came with shower heater and was clean. Just outside the property is the ever dependable sari-sari store where you can buy coffee sachets and OTC meds. There's also 7-eleven down corner P. Cui where I was able to buy some cube ice. I'm overall satisfied with my stay at Robe's Pension House and will definitely stay again. Staff are also courteous and answers inquiries accordingly. Budget-friendly, clean, decent and accessible location.

Recently, I booked a room here good for 4 nights. We were given a decent room , I actually find it spacious for the 2 of us. Noticeably the room appears clean and neat. I even like their foam, it was just the right stiffness. Also, the reception and guard were patient and kind with my late night request. To add, I like the stable wifi connection this hotel have. It may not be the fastest but it is good enough.
However here are some things I want Robe's to improve the room I got has a broken cabinet door although the housekeeping staff promise to repair it during our first night. He failed to repair it eventually. Second, the smell kinda old especially in the toilet. Third, their television needs a little up grade I believe.
Here is my proposed solution to this. First, if possible before this fiscal year end I wish the management will do an inventory and discard or at least fixed broken stuff in the hotel from cabinets, drawers, knobs etc. Second, I suggest to put some air freshener or use a different air freshener something. Last, I have been a repeat customer of Robe's for years now and yet I see their tv set has been the same all this time. I think its time for them to step. Also, may I include if an elevator is feasible please do it asap.

We stayed here for two nights. The room we got smelled a little old but aside from that, everything was okay. The aircondiotioning worked properly. There was cable tv and a water heater. Towels and complimentary toothbrushes were provided. Their food is also not that pricey which was good since you'll have to walk a little to reach the nearest fast food resto.

We visited January 2016 during Int'l Eucharistic Congress and most of the hotels in Cebu city are full. Lucky, we managed to book one. We were in ground floor and I find the room very spacious, with a small TV- I couldn't find the remote control though, no fridge, AC is good-can be very cold..They don't provide water in the room. Washroom has enough space with hot and cold shower. Wifi is a bit slow. Breakfast is not included but you can order (75pesos) Far from the restaurants, you need to take a cab. But there were jeepneys nearby. Very near to the Mall. Also, if you need extra pillow or blanket you need to rent it. Extra pillow 20 pesos, extra blanket 30 pesos. The hotel guard was very nice and helpful. The other staff were nice and polite.

Booked 1 room for 4 pax for only 1100php with extra bed (no breakfast included). The pension house is clean and serves cheap but okay breakfast. It's a few minutes away from Larsian (bbq haven). You can easily hail a cab outside the hotel and it is only a few minutes away from the southern bus terminal. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. We just left our luggage when we checked out after the first night since we were going to be staying overnight in Oslob after our Canyoneering activities then checked in again after our Oslob tour.
The room is clean and the bed is a little hard and we had to request for additional pillows since the pillow is quite thin (extra charge for pillows). Bathroom his clean with hot and cold shower. There is a small cabinet and table inside the room. A/C is working perfectly.
Overall, I would recommend Robe's Pension House for travelers with tight budget. Good place to stay for a cheap price :)

New place with spacious rooms. We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was very accommodating and nice to us. It is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city but it is near enough that you can walk to Fuente Osmena. You can also find jeeps nearby that can help you get to Downtown Cebu.

Stayed there overnyt from Davao because we had a flight to Caticlan the next morning. Family room wasn't available that time so we were given triple room with extra mattress for 4 adults and 2 kids. Nice and spacious triple room, we can move freely. Also very clean bathroom. We had a hard time getting a taxi to the airport because there's a city rule that maximum passengers for taxi is only 5 pax but the guard negotiated well so a bigger taxi agreed to take us to the airport. Considering to stay here again.

Firstly this pension house was my second choice coz we always stay @roseate whenever my parents visits Cebu. I already made a reservation there but I forgot to ask about their senior citizen discounts, so I emailed them back w/ regard to the discount and they only gives 10%. And when I asked that isn't it supposed to be a 20% discount? Since we get to avail the 20% discount in legazpi,cdo,bacolod & bora, but roseate just replied that the only give 10%! So I cancelled my reservation there & booked w/ Robe's.
Ok back to review, the booking process was hassle free! A friend of mine in cebu called their office to ask about the senior discount (20% wc they do give) and booked us in the 3rd floor since they were full at the moment but promise to change it to the first floor since my parents are oldies =) When we arrived at the pension house the guard on duty helped us get our bags from the taxi to the lobby and to the room & smiling while doing this! The receptionist inform us that our has been change to the 1st floor (at the back of the lobby) which is a THUMBS UP for me!!! There was a freebie 1bottle of mineral water which is a first for me on a pension house accommodation. Ok for the room, all I could say is it was clean, good lighting, flat screen TV (that i like since i get to watch movies from my usb), clean CR even if it was a bit small but got no problems w/ it, cold aircon, a cabinet rack that have hangers, & a good comfy bed. The location of the pension house is excellent since it's just a walking distance to the main road where jeepney's for SM/Ayala/Sto.Nino/uptown area passes by and there's a lot of TAXI's just outside the pension house which the guard readily hailed for you. There's also a bunch of carenderia's of your choosing if on a budget & a few bakeshop.
Overall this is an excellent choice for a pension house coz its a value for your money. And I'll be staying here again!!
