We stayed here last March 30 and checked out April 1, we booked 2 rooms double deluxe room for 2. The room is great it's not too big, they provided us with clean towels every day and make sure that that the room is tidied up. The bed is good for two and comfy as well as the pillows, there is a nice bathroom with hot and cold shower. The staff are very hospitable( not all but most of the staff are nice specially the reception.) One more thing WIFI is slow :(

This is the second time I've slept at this inn--first being last 2013. But they never changed! Still the cheapest and reasonable accommodation in Cebu. Very clean rooms, courteous attendants, and with free wifi. Stairs wasn't a problem. Be sure to book early because inn was already fully booked when I wanted to check in last January 2016.

We chose this place because we were only spending the night before heading to the airport early the next morning. First thing I'd like to point out is that it is cheap. If you're the type of person who just needs a place to crash for a couple of hours, go ahead and book this. But if you'll be staying for quite a few days and you want a relaxing and fresh area, this might not be the perfect place for you. Rooms are not the same with how it looks like in the pictures. Rooms look quite used and old already; walls are a little dirty and paint looks older. We found a huge cockroach in our room while in my friends' room, they said there were many mosquitoes. Bathroom is clean, I must point that out. Sheets and towels are clean too. There is no elevator, you'll hike up the stairs to get

Best Budget Room and Highly Recommended for Backpackers - Room is not that great but is comfortable. If you just need a place to leave your things and sleep then this is the perfect place. Easy access to transportation (Grab Office is also just a few blocks away). - They sell bottled water at the place at a reasonable price.

From SM City Cebu, we hailed a taxi and without much further ado, the driver drove us to Robes Pension House in Landon St. I had made a prior reservation of a deluxe room good for two. We checked-in at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. At that time of the year in Cebu, Sinulog week has began so the rate we paid was two notches higher. (From original rate of P800, we paid P1,000). Not bad for the quality though. This hotel is perfect for tight-budgeted backpackers. I love the white clean sheets and the lights inside the room. The room was big and orderly, as well. Aircon was working well. Thumbs up to their WiFi! Althought not the strongest connection on our room, we could still connect on social media. Hehe! A menu of short orders was displayed inside the room in case you want

Don't go here if you like upscale hotels. It is a budget b&b . a bit far from the malls There are other budget hotels that you could go for. It just needs time to get the one that you mostly like and try to see it in the city

Booked a deluxe room for 2 last January 9, 2016. We initially wanted to check-in as early as 6AM so that we could leave our things before we go to Simala, but checked in at 3PM. What I admire most was that they would accommodate early check-ins as long as a room is vacant. Not bad for a fee of P1,000/Night because Sinulog rates have already commenced. Had it been on a different date, the rate would only be P800. The place was easy to locate. We just told the taxi driver to bring us to Robes Pension House in Landon Street. Upon arriving, we were accommodated immediately. I am a sucker for good service even if I and my companion were on a tight budget, and I was happy during our stay here. The room was big and clean. A/C worked well. Clean sheets were displayed as well. Plus,

Booked 1 room for 4 pax for only 1100php with extra bed (no breakfast included). The pension house is clean and serves cheap but okay breakfast. It's a few minutes away from Larsian (bbq haven). You can easily hail a cab outside the hotel and it is only a few minutes away from the southern bus terminal. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. We just left our luggage when we checked out after the first night since we were going to be staying overnight in Oslob after our Canyoneering activities then checked in again after our Oslob tour. The room is clean and the bed is a little hard and we had to request for additional pillows since the pillow is quite thin (extra charge for pillows). Bathroom his clean with hot and cold shower. There is a small cabinet and table inside the

Rooms are okay. It is clean and spacious. I have tried the single and dobule rooms. Lighting is a bit dark inside the room. CR is okay too. Location is also accessible. Walking distance when you ride the jeepney. You just need to climb the stairs :) No wifi inside.

Room - Booked a single room for Php 700, with toilet and bathroom (no hot water), airconditioning, double bed, dresser, cabinet, chair and table, and a cute cable TV (14-inch). Around 18-sqm. Provided with soap and toilet paper. Location - A jeep ride away from most tourist destinations and shopping malls, such as Colon St, Ayala, SM, Magellan's cross and Sto. Nino church. 45-mins away from the airport. There are at least 2 nearby bakeries and 2 more carenderias (eateries / diners) and a 7-11 convenience store, all within walking distance. Facilities / Amenities - Everything was great. But I once saw a cockroach hanging on the toilet paper. Eeeeww! And the bed sheet was too thin and linens were looking old and not so white anymore. Also, there were fine cracks on the walls
