This is our 2nd visit to Cebu and what could be better than staying here at Robe. Staff are nice and friendly. The room we stayed is clean and spacious. Easy to go around and near to tourist spots like Santo Nino Church, Magellan Cross and many others in that area. Love the whale watching its really nice experience. Definitely will go back to cebu and stay at Robes again.

We stayed three days on and off cos we toured islands in Cebu. Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful. WiFi is not that great. No lift and staff will never help with your luggage. Room very duty and dark, bed sheets wasn’t changed after previous guest. No restaurant, no laundry service. We learnt out lessons and never a pension house again.

We stayed last October of last year (2018) and I can say that the place is affordable and it was very comfy. First of all I like the place. I like where it stands just fronting the highway and with nearby 7/11 and carenderias. The lobby and the hallways are clean. They are still using regular keys instead of a key card. Our room is good enough for the 2 of us, but the other room that was good for 3 is meh. Though there were beds for them but the room is not spacious enough. They have wifi but the connectivity is very slow. Sometimes we cannot even get a connection since the wifi is out of range. They do have a cabinet with sadly only 2 hangers included. As a standard, the room has a mirror but it was small just like its bathroom mirror. I don’t really like it. For the bathroom, it’s clean, it has a hot and cold shower. There’s even a bidet. There’s a curtain separating the toilet and the shower area. They do have breakfast in bed. Their silog meals are tasty. And it’s affordable. But their service as a whole and on our 3-day stay was very poor. It even took them like 30mins or so just to deliver us the spoon that we requested. They have 4 floors or 5 I guess, but they don’t even have an elevator. You have to get to your room by stairs. And that’s very inconvenient. Not a wheelchair and senior citizen friendly hotel. Nevertheless, in terms of reservations, you can just pay half of the duration of your stay and pay the full amount upon checking out.

The rooms are okay. The staff are really warm and helpful! You can ask them questions on how to go around the city. They even had our baggage kept safe for free since we had to travel for 2 nights out of the metro so we left our baggage there without a booked room - then come back after two days for our other booked dates! So thanks a lot! Perfect for traveler's in a budget! Will come back! Thanks!

Stayed here last weekend and it was just fine. We got our air-conditioned room downstairs, towels, TV, and our own toilet and bath inside the room. It's a budget pension house so don't expect it to be somewhat grand. What matters is that we had a comfortable place to stay after a long day. ALSO, we were lucky enough to check-in early because we arrived around 9AM in the morning from the airport. Their usual check-in is 2pm by the way. Beside the pension is a bakery and a street where most of the jeepneys pass by (just remember their codes though). In our case, we took Grab most of the time. Ha-ha! Overall, it was fine really and would be willing to stay here again.

We normally would expect a warm welcome from the receptionist when you check-in, especially considering that previous reservations had been arranged by our travel agent. NOPE, the receptionist did not even smile throughout the check-in process. The worst of all is you were welcomed by a COCKROACH in the bathroom!! SO GROSS! The television was not even working properly so was not able to us it at all throughout our 2-night stay there. You ask for a toilet paper considering that there are three of you occupying the room; they said that we are only allowed one toilet paper per day - yet the quality of their toilet paper requires a lot of roll on your hand to efficiently use it. It's a good thing we carry with us our own personal wipes. Will not ever go back to this pension house, and sorry to say, will not recommend this place to anyone!

I like the idea that our room is in the ground floor, at the back of the reception area. Accessible for us since we will stay for 1 night only. We had a good rest because it is not noisy even though the room is at the ground floor. Food is okay, but affordable. Located in the city, accessible to public transportation.

We stayed here last October 7 and October 10, 2017. The room is spacious and a good environment. The location is accessible from places you need to go like malls, food park and, if you want adventure skywalk and edge coaster is there. 😊 Good job Robe’s.
