We had a bad experience in another hotel in Cebu so decided to give the Holiday Inn a try. The hotel is all you would expect from this international chain. Well trained efficient staff greet you on arrival. The rooms are clean, well maintained and provide all you need for a comfortable stay. Only criticism would be having 21 floors and only having 2 lifts meant that getting to and from your room could take time.

traveling from US,turks and caicos just to be with my family in cebu i found out hopp in/holiday in is so accessible in ayala IT park and more.. i had my breakfast at holiday inn food selections were so good.. jess the supervisor was doing good job on his work , taking care of all the guest in need and in my needs soon mybe nxt year i will surely stay again! thnx thanks jess the supervisor!

We like new hotel. Breakfast was as mentioned before the best hot food cold food cheese balls sushi noodle egg stations. Coffees made for us were good. Pool was small but can swim. Front desk helpful. Location good. 10 mins walk to Ayala mall for quick bites. I am reasonably environmental friendly but I don’t like it when amenities were not given. I asked one day for shower cap etc and I got. But coming to hotel is for relaxing pampering. And don’t want to ask for basic things feeling like big request. Late checkout was given for half an hour so I do appreciate for that

Newly opened hotel within less than a year. Everything is clean, solid amenities, staff is excellent especially Ulysses. Honestly he has been our go to help compared to others, always smiling and just a pleasure to see each day. Very attentive and can always count on timely assistance.ill be honest if it was not for Ulysses i would give the hotel 3 stars at best. The buffet was a huge hit for me with the selection of food. You can also buy liquor in the buffet and beers if your up for it. Likes: -Our go to Ulysses is amazing help -the room is smaller but has a nice couch/ round table for working. -the TV has an Ethernet cable. use your imagination -bed is very comfortable and the rooms are nice and cold -usable fridge is a plus and you get bottled water each day. -the blackout blinds are amazing if you work US hours -Ulysses was the most consistent and hard working staff member from my experience. The dislikes: -Internet is horrific here if you want to work (hotel wifi, signal issues) . Between 0.08Mbs+30Mbs but not stable enough. Hotspot is the way to go -smart/global works ok if you put your phone on the windows (global is better) Global has better signal with 30Mbs down, smart gets 60Mbs but you have to be in a great spot. -ended up missing cleaning since others were in charge of our floor, Not impressed and i had to call for cleaning service on the second night. -room cards get de-magnetized quickly at the mall (Not a huge deal) -there is No true business center, it's a small lounge in the lobby and the signals are not great from carriers here (go to the 7th floor by the pool/ buffet) -I wish the food selection didn't run out so often; IE: papaya, pasta selections, etc. -Laundry is not cheap however, i would give it a 5/10 because two items still smelled like pit stuff and were only masked by their detergent but on the upside nothing was ruined.…

The property is new and the rooms are very nice, clean, etc. Location walking distance around the corner to the mall. The staff here is very good my housekeeper Raymark was fantastic! I used the laundry service as I was traveling from Thailand and it was quick and efficient with clothes being delivered the next afternoon. The breakfast buffet was outstanding-plenty of choices-The pool looked very nice as I was too busy to use it. Tara & Sheralee at the Front Desk were 5 star and helped me with some documents I needed! Great property and staff I will be back again!

I stayed at Holiday Inn CEBU from 19th January to 29th January 2023 and i cannot say enough how caring the hotel staff were on me. Between this period i was eating bland diet due to stomach condition that i had. And i was lucky enough to always access this diet from the hotel. All the staff there are so good. Two staff were most supportive i.e Vince and Rasheed. The best! The cooks also are wonderful. Holiday Inn in CEBU is the place to be. Rooms so clean, food so yummy and the location superb. Its just a few minutes walk to Ayana Mall.

Good size room, very comfortable bed with pleasing décor. Liked the long banquette sofa used in combination with the small circular table and movable single chair. The hotel is new; opened in June 2023. It is located opposite a small park and is within walking distance to the Ayala Shopping, Entertaining and dining complex. The immediate area felt safe, and we noted armed guards at the entrance points to this new Tech Park area. The hotel may need to add some foam tubing around the metal framed storage area. The luggage rack is below an overhanging shelf area which is low, and we did bang our heads a few times (see the attached picture). Overall, an excellent hotel and we would stay again.

Nothing like a new hotel . Clean room albeit not overly large but comfortable . Good buffets for breakfast and dinner . It needs a better lift service , they seem slowish at busy times . Staff were good , professional and very friendly . Definitely would come back here next time . Easy walk to the shopping centre and a good location

A bit baffled why they have only 2 elevators for a 21 storey building. Immediate area is devoid of any restaurants or even a 7/11 which necessitates a walk to Ayala (ten minutes). Friendly staff but very much aimed at the business rather than leisure visitor.

Great Holiday Inn in Cebu City. Nice rooms in a quiet location. The beds are comfortable, which isn’t necessarily the norm for some of the local hotels. The breakfast is in line with a hotel of this class. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. My hat off to the staff working the restaurant on Christmas Eve, outstanding work.
