The Quest is our favorite hotel in Cebu City. Despite the pandemic protocol and being in the aftermath of ravaging typhoon Odette, the hotel provided very good service. The dinner buffet is every time a feast. The New Year's Eve dinner with live music made the last day of the year one of our best days of 2021. Rooms are always clean and properly sanitized.

Quest is a comfortable not too expensive (3000php and up at time of writing) hotel on a stones throw from Ayala center. It is on Archbisshop Reyes Avenu, corner of Apitong street. Though the ayala centre is basically on the other side of the avenue, I would advise against crossing it on foot. The rooms are decent, there is a lovely pool on the roof and it is actually opposite from the Diamond Suites Hotel

Quest is one of the hotel that owwa accreditated for ofw hotel quarantine facility. I arrived the hotel at December 7,2021 afternoon.. on the next day I experienced a food meals delivery delay already. I called up front desk and make follow up and the lady promptly apologizing for what happen. I also mentioned to the lady to make a note that I am pregnant so if possible please do not make too much time of delaying of the food. On the next day again (3rd day and 4th day ) the food meals delivery has been delay. One the 5th day Dec 11,2021 lunch time to be exact 1:38pm I called up the front desk and the guy who recieved my call told me " wait lang maam " . I don't think so, he give me the right word. I am expecting to heard an apology and to tell me that he will make a follow up call to the room service, but not. It's very unpropriate, unprofessional. On the 6th day breakfast, breakfast timing should be from 7am to 8:30am. It was 9:43an I called up the operator and ask if the breakfast food delivery is still going on. The guy recieved my call said I can make a request. So i explained that I did not receive my breakfast and it was very late on their timings they gave. Not a good experience at all. I give all the info that I am pregnant still it seems like nothing to them. How inconsiderate people here. At this time of pandemic, a piece of advise, we should be more dedicated to our jobs. Coz not all people have it.

I stayed here for 4 days. 12/4 - a delay in the check in process due to power outages. Upon check in, the room is a bit warm. I’ve asked for assistance and they acted quick. The engineer said that the AC is old that’s why. There’s also a drip caused by the old AC. I also noticed that their cable tv only has local channels. What is a cable tv if you only have local channels? I also raised the concern on how elevators are used by quarantined and non-quarantined guests as we share both elevators though there were signages what customers need to use. On my last day, I received a call in the afternoon that I will be moved to a different floor. They should have given me a heads up so I can prep mu things. Call received at 3pm and I have work at 6pm. Ive waited for their luggage assistance for 1.5 hrs as I cant transfer my things from the 17th floor to the 7th floor. I ended up not to have enough sleep during my shift ☹️. I also noticed that I was transferred to a floor where several guests are for quarantined. Not here to discriminate but I just want to be safe. The 7th floor carpet looks overused, old and dirty. Internet is also weak I ended up using my own data to work instead. If there are other hotels, I will not stay here.

At first i was disappointed because i requested a corner room where it has a 180deg glass windows, but they transferred us to a corner room at night when our keycard got troubled. I was so glad they immediately help us. The room is nice and relaxing, and has great views. So thankful to the staff for assisting us. Overall stay was exceptional. Thank you Quest!
