The Quest Hotel is underrated. The respect and staff treatment exceeds expectations. They are always smiling and will go above and beyond to assist your every need. Karl, the concierge, gives exceptional service and Nikki and Mao at the front desk are amazing in how they assist in meeting your needs. Always smiling and polite - these ladies (and the others too) take very good care of the clients. The restaurant is great. The prices are a little higher than most places, but the quality of food almost makes up for it. Kate, at the cash is sweet and kind and if you greet her, she will remember your name. (Congratulations to Kate on her upcoming 3rd child!!) The floor supervisor and the rest of the staff will go above and beyond to make your meal as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are impeccably clean and smell clean as well. If you want a great hot shower and nice aircon room - this is the place for you! The beds are huge and firm enough for a big guy like me to sleep like a baby. The rooms are quiet and the curtains make the room very dark at night. Housekeeping is awesome! The Staff is verry friendly and always asking us for any needs. Esspecialy Ethan, Kisha, Daryl, JJ and Mark took care of us, more than we expekted. The rooms are always clean. Restaurant has everything you you want and more. We definitely are coming back. ❤️

I am a very long staying guest here. The members of the staff are attentive and very helpful. They went out of their way to please you, especially Charly Ostia, who is assigned to fix/clean our suite. He knows what I need and want, and he delivered it diligently and with gusto. He is very polite and so easy to deal with. DM Marian also will keep on checking if my concerns are already taken cared of. She will not stop checking unless I am satisfied. The sales executive, Seira, who is assigned to me, is also very good and making sure that my arrangements are being handled well. Joyce of Business Center is also very accommodating and helpful. The engineering and IT teams act quickly also with our requests. I love the view from my window as I am seeing the side of the mountain. The function room was already air conditioned when we arrived an hour before. The staff are proffesional special mention to Genenis , Vinz, Razy and Adrian. Our company always choose to hold meetings and trainings here in Cebu. Also the location is very accessible near Cebu Business park. Thumbs up!

I stayed at Quest hotel for 5 days with my sister. This hotel was excellent in terms of hotel staffs, security, training room, and so on. Hotel staffs are so kind to us, especially Rose, she cleaned our room perfectly, Eric, he brought us what we eat, Juicy, she made tasty Omelette. Training room has trainer and he is so masculine and kind. Thank you very much!! When I go to Sebu again, I will stay at Quest Hotel again😊
