The Good... - quard helpful with luggage - easy check-in, clerk clear about conditions - nice Queen-sized bed with 4-pillows - phone, room safe, ref, hot shower - good lighting - great location for Fuente / Mango - plenty of passing Taxis The Bad... - cash deposit required (for incidentals) - CR good for just one person at a time - the only amenities are 2 extremely tiny bars of soap - ref turns off when key-card is removed - TV screwed-up - noisy aircon, mounted at head level The Ugly... - WiFi does not work in rooms The Tip... - room cleaning only starts after 3pm - just 3 parking spaces -- end --

I did an upgrade to get a window as my last Cebu hotel had a window to look at the wall outside - weird. So room was clean, bed was comfortable, aircon worked but don't get excited about wifi - go downstairs to use it; staff were friendly and attentive and beers were cold. Situate din Capitol district, it is surrounded by greta palces toe at - highlyr eccommend Mr Crab which is 2 blocks away - eat as many crabs as you like for less than $10 if I remember correctly. This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in and will be back next trip

The room looked pretty nice. The bed was ok but sheets had holes in them. Bathroom was gross as it had hair stuck to the wall. Shower and bathroom did not look clean as well. Went to eat downstairs and constantly needed to get attention from someone to order food. As we were eating, small flies continuously flew into our faces and around the lobby. I will not come back. For a cheap one night stay it’s ok. Just make sure you check bathroom and room out and also order delivery because the food is overpriced and not very good.

Stayed here for 3 days while in Cebu City. Big rooms (Family Room) good AC, WiFi worked but not well on upper floors. Quite, clean and a great place to stay in on a budget. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Would stay again.

Everything was bad. I found someone's hair on the toilet seat. The water kept running even though we stopped. Two of the room light were dead. The wifi was so slow. The aircon was full of dust. I started having sour throat within 30 min after I checked-in. I thought something must be wrong so I opened the aircon and what I found was the dusty dusty filter. I cleaned it by myself because I didn't even expect that the staff who were busy using cell phones and chatting could really clean it or replace it to a new one. Probably same quality in all of the room. 6 years ago, it was still new and I liked it. But I regret that I came back here.

clean and cozy place, room service was quick, room was tidy, bathroom is small but I didn’t mind. a bit creepy during the night time due to darkness. wifi was slow and was hard ro reach on the floor I was staying. 3rd floor. the hotel is just a walk to robinsons and the jeepney stops, few resto’s around the area too. there were some men from the other bldg fronting the hotel were a bit rude when I was looking out from my window for views. other than that it was worth the value of my money.

Stayed with my Mom last May and the room may be small, but good! I have booked with booking.com but when I asked for a senior discount, the front desk lady offered me their rate with a senior discount so it could be cheaper. Very helpful and efficient! Will definitely chose this every time my mom comes to Cebu for a scheduled checkup. Staff are surprisingly courteous which is so good because not all hotels with this kind of room price gives you similar kind of customer service.

the stay was very good because they have clean rooms and toilet. the location was ok because its accessible to a lot of establishments from restaurants, banks, laundryshop, miney changers. taxi is not a problem. although its far from the airport but i did not pay more than 300 pesos for the taxi fare from the hotel location to airport just use a Grab application. the staff was friendly and accomodating
