Breakfast buffet has excellent choice of food and is very tasty. Hotel staff at breakfast are very attentive and are pleased to help you in particular Jessel, Arthur, Vilma and Nicole were outstanding. The hotel is located opposite Nuat Thai they provide a very good massage at extremely affordable prices and would recommend going. On my previous stay a couple of nights ago, I visited the roof top bar and had a good meal and some cocktails which I would recommend to do. Overall the hotel is good value, yes it’s not 5 stars nor is the price but is a decent hotel and would easily come back if I was coming back to Cebu in the future.

About when you come here Harold's hotel I'm surprise warm receiving of warm greeting which we receive.,if we go do the meal in this restaurants,the food very good delicious and warm served.the staff which a serve is named.. This place holds a special place in our hearts. This was where we dressed up and prepared for our church wedding 11 years ago. We spent so many weekend breakfast here through the years. Aside from the yummy food, what we like the most here are the very courteous and accommodting hotel staff. Shout out to Mr. Plisken, Ms. Angelica and Ms. Nicole for warmly accommodating us during our last visit... Looking forward to visiting Harolds Evotel again!

I love this place. So amazing. Best part is the buffet and the friendly staff. Ms MJ Angelica is the best server. The staffs are very accommodating. The place has a positive and energetic vibe to it. They provide a wide range of food options. We can highly recommend HAROLS HOTEL CEBU due to the excellent service by the staff we can mention Sir Plisken and Nicole the receptionist ,they’re treat us like kings and queens every time we are there. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet are extraordinary and the best we have seen in Cebu. Thank you so much for an excellent stay. -

Harold’s has the comfiest bed, friendliest staff, superb service, yummiest food and coziest ambience. We’ve done events here before we tried staying in their hotel rooms, and we received the best service as expected. Thank you for Plisken, Joseph, MJ, Jade and Angelica for their pleasant personalities that made our stay extra special and memorable. To add it’s accessible and near tourist sports within the city.

The rooms are spacious and the things that you will need are complete. Customer service is excellent specially the ballroom hall staff and the buffet staff like spherie. We had fun and enjoyed our stay here.
