Had a great stay here. From comfort of bed, hot shower, nice smelling shampoo, to clean pool and gym. Oh, their elevators area real fast. Great breakfast and the best staff. Good conversations and helpful with my questions. Niño was the best! I felt welcomed and known.

One of the newest hotel in Cebu City specifically at the Baseline Center near Mango Ave. Reception area is at the 9th flr as well as the pool; the whole area is clean and interior designs are exquisite. Fast check-in process and no incidental deposit. Carpeted floors and even the rooms. We got “studio executive queen room” and we are totally amazed. Since it’s a condotel, the room is equipped with everything you need such as complete bathroom essentials and cooking materials. The room is spacious with a 5-star quality bed. The pool is fantastic and wide. It’s very instagrammable and you can definitely enjoy with your loved ones, but take note.. you cannot use the pool during Mondays for the entire morning since it would be a “General Cleaning” day. Now, the most highlighted one is their breakfast buffet, naaah it’s delicious and has variety of foods. Well, I can say that this hotel provides everything you need and feels like you are in a luxury hotel but with an affordable price. This is the best hotel in downtown Cebu by far. Booked for the buy 2 nights get 1 night free promo for Feb 13-15, 2021. Upon arrival we were granted early check in at even upgraded to a One Bedroom Apartment (we originally got the Studio). All the staff were very friendly and genuine. The room was very nice and had all the items we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent too, just a few minutes walk away from Cebu’s capitol district.
The promo we availed did not include breakfast but instead had a Php 250.00/person/night dining credit that could be used at Abaca Baking Company. The pool was big for a city hotel tho only 8 persons at a time could use it, this won’t be an issue as long as you book ahead.
We would like to extend our commendation to Junelee and Jose at the Front Desk for their great service. Will be back with friends and family!

It was the first time we step out of the house after ECQ last year and indeed the city has become a quiet place. It was an unexpected type of hotel we have ever stayed with since its lobby is located on the 9th floor. The pool is quite small, limited guest use only due to strict implementation of health protocols. No breakfast included, only consumable breakfast at Abaca Company located at the ground floor. The unit is fully furnished more comfy that the condo we had experienced. I can say they have a high standard of furniture and fixtures.

Stayed at Citadines in Cebu City for a two-night trip and was very impressed by its service, location, and luxurious amenities. Perfect for business trips or even a staycation, this serviced apartment is a one-stop destination in the middle of the city, featuring a great restaurant and cafe by Abaca Bakery on the ground floor and adjoining a building with its own supermarket and drugstore for extra convenience. Will definitely be staying here again next time we have a short trip to Cebu.

The rooms are well equipped, spacious and always kept clean. The location is just perfect. Citadines is surrounded by restaurants and a Mini Stop and supermarket are just right outside their lobby. We checked in really late at night but everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were all smiles. They really do take care of their guests. I had to go to the airport at 12:30 am while the Sinulog parties were at its peak yet the security personnel of Citadines made sure I was able to get to my ride safely, amidst the crowd. Oh, and they gave us a Sinulog kit (whistle, guidebook, drink container, sunblock and fan) which we used during the Grand Parade. Citadines will now be my second home in Cebu!

Shower was super fresh, bed so comfy, complete kitchen utensils (needed for me with low food tolerance, the toaster, rice cooker, cooking pan, microwave...wow) even though no clock on the wall but overall, im happy with the friendly and polite staffs including Jane in the Reception desk
The day i arrived, my husband left his cell phone in the taxi. All the staffs put huge effort to assist on getting it back. Finally the taxi driver (yellow cab no 01) return it on the next morning.
Appreciated the thought to prepare the to go breakfast as my flight was quite very early in the morning.

Friends and I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The rooms are clean, huge and self contain. If you choose to cook your meal, you're provided with rice cooker and pots. Cutlery and plates are also provided. There's complimentary tea and coffee plus two bottles of water. If you need more water, they will provide you water if you request some. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Full buffet breakfast is included.

The best thing that I loved was the staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. I've been to other Citadines hotels (Pasay), and they're always friendly. I'm new to cebu and I need information and they are always helpful. They gave me information on how to get around with the public transportation, and helped us find the events that are happening around cebu. They even called up some people to verify if they indeed have events. I would give them 5 stars just for the staff alone!
The location is super nice. There is a quite big supermarket downstairs you can buy everything you need. There are also ATM machines at the lobby. In a short walking distance, you lots of restaurants from fine dining to affordable. Walk a bit further and you reach Fuente Circle which is a landmark and makes it easy to commute. Mango Square is near by with even more restaurants and evening entertainment.
Breakfast was also great! They have a wide variety of phillipine food, breads and fruits.

This hotel in located in uptown Cebu City. Great customer service, staff here goes out of their way to make your stay worthwhile. The location is very safe and taxis are readily available. Food is great and serviced by Abaca Baking Company. Room interiors are very nice and comfortable, you can cook and do your laundry - very ideal for long stays.
