Awesome location if you want to be at walking distance to Sto. Niño church, Magellan’s cross, and Pier to take the ferry. no breakfast but McDonald’s is just across the street.

Parking is a pain. In our stay for just 2 nights, we had problems in the 2 family rooms we booked - roaches, clogged sinks, disfunctional AC and TVs that showed images as blurred as the 1990s. Cockroach and drainage problem seems to be so rampant that the smell dominated throughout the rooms. It was just too much that the kindness of the hotel staff couldn’t compensate for it anymore. If you can tolerate it in exchange for the ideal location, then you can give this hotel a chance.

A winning place for those who only need to spend the night and go to the port on foot in the morning. Communication with employees leaves a good impression. The rooms are small, very modest, there is a large old and very loud air conditioner. The view from the window is extremely depressing (on the barbed wire and the dirty roof of the neighboring building). A big plus is the very close location to several attractions. I recommend this hotel only for 1 night, no more. The price-quality ratio is reasonable.

The hotel has a very good location, many choices for good food just walking distance and also shops and malls are nearby. Rooms are better than expected considering the price is cheap. Also clean and quiet.

Booked 2 nights but had to transfer during 2nd night as I wasn't comfortable here. Tiny elevators, room not really clean and towels seemed not properly washed. The hotel feels very dusty. It's a basic hotel indeed. It's cheap and you get what you pay. You can't really expect much.

Everything negative said about this place is true: browning towels, no shampoo, filthy bathroom, itchy sheets, bad food, cramped space. False advertising, old furniture, rundown bathroom door, sewage stink coming from the outaide. The reality is way too far from their photos. They should just close and let their staff transfer to a better workplace. There is no dignity staying and working there.

Me and my hubby stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The room is nice and its cheap. The hotel is clean and quiet. Its just in front of mcdonalds (24 hours ) and its across the magellan's cross and the city hall. We will definitely stay there again next year...

The location of this hotel is the best. Its only a short walk to the Pier for the Ferry's to Bohol and right next to all the historical landmarks of Cebu City. Lots of places to eat and supermarkets just outside. Rooms large, clean, comfortable and have cable TV. Good price.

beware that there are two properties with this name so don't get confused. it was low cost but i do not remember exactly, don't expect too much but i have stayed in both and both were nice, service good, one is right by robinson fuente (which is a great central location) and the other by city hall. for low cost its the best in my experience in cebu city

i really do not know about airport transfer. this is a pension house so i would be doubtful. taxi from this area to the airport is probably 100 plus pesos on the meter
