Good good good . Nothing to say more. After the first time here, the staff started to call me with my name which is very important for the regular staff. Appreciated everything except for the solo toothbrush that is provided. They knows that we are in 2 but still they provide only one and the other is upon request. Overall, everything ok!!

The Hotel smells, looks and feels clean. From the lobby all the way up to your room. They are also conscious with health protocols and provides mask and alcohol for all guests! Plus they have a UV robot whom they call Crystal (but I secretly call Gizmo) that cleans the room . I personally saw their UV robot so I can vouch for Crystal (Gizmo's) existence.

This is a brand new hotel near capitol. The staff are helpful and nice. The room is stylish and classy. They offer a buffet breakfast but it depends on the number customers but it is satisfying and delicious. The price is affordable.

This is a brand new, pleasant hotel quite close to city center and not far from ferry pier. Gracious, helpful staff. Rooms are clean, have good showers and nice toiletries. The breakfast needs improvement, however: poor quality coffee; limp, white, tasteless industrial bread, no fruit juice, no marmalade or jam. Loud radio didn't improve the situation!

Their deluxe room is so stylish and they also have loft-type room and it’s so cute. Thank you Amethyst! Check out our vlog at our channel: Team Ralen so you can see the entire hotel. This is just beside capitol building and they have Thai boran massage just beside the hotel.

Excellent hotel that puts the bigger hotels to shame. In house restaurant food is tasty. Good Filipino breakfast. Newly built hotel with great security. Nice shower and beds, great housekeeping and excellent fast WiFi which is rare to find. I strongly recommend this hotel and would return. Only 3 suggestions for it to achieve a 5 star rating. A mini fridge, a safe and more hangers plus makesure a.c remote is working.

This new hotel is a stone’s throw away the Provincial Capitol and the old business district. Its rooms are well designed with first class facilities and toilet amenities. Their food is Cebuano Chinese and one of best i have tried in the city. Their collection of beautiful giant crystals is an added attraction.

We stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and the place is so amazing and so with all the staff. It is centrally located at the heart of the city and is very accessible to malls, convenience stores, church, banks and etc. Kudos to all the ABHC staff! They went all the way beyond our expectations. Good customer service!!!! Keep it up guys!

PROs: 1. Prime location Located adjacent to the provincial capitol at the heart of the city, everything is a walking distance: malls, offices, shops. 2. Accesible location Located on the national highway accessible to both private and public transport 3. Large soft bed with duvet linens, generous amount of pillows 4. Marbled bathroom fixtures with complete amenities 5. Hotel relatively brand new, only a few months old 6. Very hospitable staff, they never fail to greet you by your name when you passby the front desk. CONs: 1. Dull hallways, needs a little artistic touch 2. Plated breakfast with limited selection, a future breakfast buffet spread would be nice 3. Limited parking space, max of 7 to 8 cars including basement parking 4. Internet connection was down during my stay
