My second time in Cebu and we are planning to stay near Colon and we opted for this property due to its proximity to everything. As far as making a reservation via email, hotel staff was replying though there are times when you need to resend your queries for you to get a reply. When we arrived, we are welcomed by an unpleasant odor from their GUARD, though he’s kind he opens door for you and greeting you when you get in or go out. (I just like to highlight these because if guest are greeted with these kind of odor it might reflect the overall expectation of the hotel, so at the end of our stay we advise the front desk about it). So going back, we were asked to pay for the total twin room rate. Noting fancy though in the room, just basic. One thing that I just noticed though is the toiletries in the bathroom just place just for the sake of having complimentary toiletries. Room was enough for two, has a small cabinet, no hangers, with big mirror I can’t recall though if we were provided with slippers. We stayed at the 3rd floor and far from the road so you could hear minimal to street noises. Inn has elevator so no problem getting up and down and lobby has a long mirror so you can see how you look like which I like to by the way.
Wireless connectivity is free and speedy enough but is sure not to disconnect it from your device or else you need to request another password. One reason not to go back here is the air-conditioning; even it was already set at its lowest available temperature it wasn’t enough to cool the room. We were also allowed to stay a couple of hours without additional since out flight back to Manila is at 9pm.
Located at the their so called downtown, near to schools, malls, affordable restaurant, convenient stores, banks/atm’s, and transportation leading you to Cebu’s tourist spots and my favorite fried chicken ten steps away from the hotels entrance, which I can eat very meal.  Their location was a big reason though we booked this hotel despite reviews that is not encouraging.

Used to be my go-to hotel in downtown cebu but things are taking a turn for the worse. Prices went up while service and cleanliness went down. The girls at the front were pleasant but kitchen staff aren't the maintenance guy is shady, I'm fairly certain he went into my room to "fix" something and walked out with his pocket several thousand pesos heavier. Never again.

This hotel varies from average to very good depending on which room you get. When we stayed here it's really a nice place to stay with since there are lots of malls. One of their ladies , is also excellent and has a friendly and helpful attitude.

If you are a retired Australian male looking for a place to stay with your underage Philippina, you might just love the place. Otherwise, keep away. The rooms are stinky, the sheets shabby, bathrooms…let's leave it here. Most rooms have no windows, which makes the place even more depressing. I escaped after one night regardless of the approaching typhoon.

This hotel has good location, close to bus south terminal and ferry terminals. Generally it's not that bad, you get what you pay for. I stayed in two different rooms, first one i booked in advance, room was not very good, stinky ac, dirty bathroom since i had to stay one more night, i asked for it and got better price and even much better room so i suggest to ask for room on 5th floor. They are much cleaner and not so noisy since walls are very thin and you can hear everything that is happening around you even every word from your neighbour's tv. I'm not sure if i would come back again but if you are budget traveller you can try i think you'll not be disappointed.

We stayed at Cebuview Tourist Inn for one night in August 2013. Good location for a morning bus from the Southern Bus Station, if you don't mind being in the red light district (we were not hassled and had no issues). Our shower was leaking so we had to move rooms - the next room was noisy as it was next to the pipes. Good option if you can get a quiet room - comfortable with good shower and air-con. Wifi works in the lobby only, nice breakfast available but not included. Probably the best of the three places we stayed in Cebu.
