First and foremost, I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to the staff who assisted us in our stay in Quest hotel, I'd like to specially mention Siera and Joyce for the impeccable service they have provided, also Kate who was smiling all the time and very accommodating all through out. It was a last-minute booking for us however it did not cause any problem whatsoever. This people that I've mentioned are gems that the company needs to cherish. "Breakfast buffet that is worth your every Penny" the breakfast buffet was the highlight of my stay with the sumptuous meals and very active staff. Also, the place are as clean as your homes! It's very tidy and even the toilets are sealed way before you use it. It really exceeds your expectations for sanitation and safety! During our stay in Quest Residence hotels it really made our Cebu experience a memorable one and very efficient due to its location.

First of all, I want to highlight the accommodation of Quest Hotel together with the warm management of staff which makes the stay an amazing one and also amenities are complete and with full range sanitation protocols which ensures your protection and safety during your stay. Another commendable factor was the breakfast buffet which you could say that there's no another that is within your budget, for short it is worth every penny. Lastly, I really appreciated the Staff that was very accommodating and in a Filipino way of hospitality. They will always greet you and is ready and knowledgeable to your needs. During our stay in Quest Hotel it was a blast and we really felt at home.

Very clean room. Staff are nice and friendly. Check in was smooth. The room was really big and comfortable. Complete facilities. Near to the major malls in Cebu. The room had two bedrooms and the beds were big. Nice!

The buffet breakfasts made it all worthwhile! and Kate, did a stand out job; she memorised my name and room no on day 1 and fur the rest of the week, knew greeted me by name and showed me to my suit. Everyone should learn from Kate how to serve customers!

It was my first time sleeping at one of the condo rooms in Quest Hotel, and I've got to say: the room is really spacious and it even has complete kitchen equipment (such as a toaster, an oven, and a microwave). Not to mention, the room is comfortable to move around in. Wi-Fi works fast and the buffet was amazing. It was a wonderful experience for my cousins and I. Will come again next time. :)

My stay at Quest serviced hotel was great. The space was bigger than I had expected, the bed was soft and comfortable, the shower was great, and the temperature of the room was to my liking. Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends and would come back again.

I highly recommend this place. We had a 1 unit with 2 bedroom. The room was big and clean. The buffet breakfast was yummy and also there staff (Lara). It is also a walking distance from Ayala Shopping Center. Thank you very much!
