My first time to stay in a 12 bed female dormitory.I booked business class. It was clean and there were only 2 of us. Toilet was well maintained but toilet paper and handsoap not provided. Staff were accomodating. Overall it was good experience.Thank you.

The rooms are clean and the internet excellent, which is often unusual for the Philippines. Sadly, Cebu City is an absolute mess in places and that includes the location of the hotel. Yes, close to the Mall but no sidewalks, so you walk in mud and endless garbage as you dodge the highly polluting traffic. Rooms are overpriced therefore and the combined experience of staying here plus Cebu is not recommended.

How should someone sleep in a dorm with rude people playing music or chatting loud? How should someone sleep with the light turned on the whole night? I bet prisions have better beds. Consider buying a casual PILLOW not a rock of 50cm high. The toilets looks disgusting, neither paper nor soap nor cleanliness at all. NOTE: Only skinny people fit on their beds.

I stay there for one nights ...... unexpected the guard or security tell me I'm not in not proper attire excuse I am customer not a employee so I decided to check out because the admin didn't do something that I request to let the guards know they cant scold customers any attire but unfortunately they won't listen NEVER AGAIN I WILL BE BACK HERE and even my friends i will tell them WORST SERVICE I ever EXPERIENCE and ENCOUNTER

When I go inside I was told by the security not to use slippers or tsinelas and I have to dress proper attire excuse I am a customer and this is discrimination as a customer and I am not your workers ......please don't come here ....rude security God bless

Clean, cozy, accommodating staff but there is no bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is near SM city cebu and Robinson's galleria. The hotel had free wifi and breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will recommend it to friends. =)

We stayed here for 2 different nights. 1 st stay we booked for the first class cabin good for 8 pax . The place is good for backpackers that need a place for short period of time. However, we suggest that if a group booked a cabin good for 8 they should allow them to be in 1 area even they are combination of male and female. So that they cant disturb other people and to feel more safe with their belongings. For the 2nd stay we booked their deluxe family room and it is very cozy, clean and spacious. Their staff are very accommodating. We will definitely book for our future Cebu trip.
