I first stayed here in 1998 due to its convenient location, friendly staff, and its about 2 blocks away from the noisy boulevard. It was the equivalent of an older Motel 6 in the USA. But now 23 years later I was shocked at how old and dilapidated it has become. Don't be fooled by the pictures as they must be have been taken decades ago when it was new. Still friendly staff and I love the convenient location, but for the money I do a whole lot better with a condo via Airbnb.
We stayed three nights with my girlfriend in the hotel in room 206 and it was very clean and spacious room. The wifi inside the room is strong. The staffs are so accomodating, easy to approach and very friendly to us. The place is nice, clean and quiet. I like to stay again in this hotel. 💜
Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately greeted by the reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourist and its also a budget friendly hotel. It's and excellent review for me and to my friends.
We were looking for somewhere on a budget and stayed here for 6 days. I thought the pictures looked good for a budget hotel and in person the lobby, cafe looks the same as the pictures. Considering the budget what was good was the size of the room and beds and the flat screen TV with cable channels and a good aircon. You would be surprised how many two and three star hotels don't have working cable.allthough it lacked a kettle and coffee this was fine as we had a mini rice cooker to boil our water and make coffee. The staff were friendly and loved talking to our little girl. The location we had not stayed in that part of Cebu before. Its not as developed as other parts but there is a nice bbq place on the street which gets very busy. Taxi was about 80 pesos to ayala. For a two star budget we were very happy with our stay, you would probably have to pay double to stay in a better hotel like the Quest.…
The property is perfectly situated at the heart of the city perfect to have City Tour for nearby restaurants and attractions are just few meters away. It's a decent choice for a budget hotel. Highly recommended.
The Good: Very cheap with warm water, good Cable TV, good room lighting, wall safe, dressing table & mirror and OK a/c. They brought an extra pillow for each guest, without being asked. CR floor mat arrived unrequested too. Nicely cooked and reasonably priced Filipino breakfast in the fresh and clean lobby restaurant. Very quiet hotel. Taxis always available outside the front door (their go-to Canteen is across the road). Staff are trying! The Bad: Very, very basic rooms, lower quality finishing, slightly worn... but adequate. Amenities are just a single tiny bar of soap for each Guest; who share a single roll of toilet paper. Extra pillow was too thin. Window, but no view, from ground floor rooms. Poor maintenance: worn flooring, running toilet, safe not working, side-table lamp not working, room power-card receptacle faulty. No lift (elevator). The Ugly: Lack of a blanket on the bed (just one thin sheet). How can you get cosy? Tip: Request room cleaning, daily. -- end --…
Only stayed here one night for a stop over before our plane, about 20 mins away from airport walking distance from food restaurant, walking distance from shopping cente. Staff were really helpful and friendly (even let us have an early check in as our bus arrived earlier then expected) and we were exhausted so we were super happy ! Rooms had aircon big bed, nice bathroom and room was a good size. Before flying out of Cebu we will defiantly stay again ! Thankyou so much Dynasty tourist inn ❤️❤️
For the price its ok BUT there's a lot to comment about this place. First there is NO ELEVATOR, we had a few elders with us so it was such a hassle. One of our friends lost her neck pillow after having their room cleaned up. Upon going to the reception and telling them about it, the housekeeper handed over the pillow.😤 The key card for our room (307) was not working, so a staff goes upstairs with us just to manually open the door. The electrical plug in our room was sparking on our last night. We were worried about it but all they did was put a tape on it so we wouldnt use it. The whole place looks old and smells old. Our van driver also told us bad stories from his other guests who checked in on this place. So for your moneys worth, convenience, comfort, and peace, stay away from this place. The management should very well know that the place needs renovation and overhaul of their customer service practices. …
This hotel was located in the middle of Uptown area but the place was so quiet. The room was clean and big they only have basic facilities and amenities.A 32inches flat screen Tv. Good condition A/C and their wifi working well especially in our room but their rooms is already outdated. They have huge facade. In terms to the staff they are too kind and very accommodating especially the curly hair inside the office. The guard on duty is very allert he is so tight with people who goes in and out of the hotel.Great Inn to stay in Cebu. Kuddos to management.
The hotel location and people were good, but being charged for water everyday ,no breakfasts and no hot shower was disappointing. Had to keep reaching out to help desk for house keeping and shower issue. And wifi range was poor.
