Stayed here for 5 nights. Booked two family rooms for my family and friends. Room is spacious, simple but very clean. Breakfast is normal and the usual tapsilog and its family. Very near the Cebu doctors hospital the very reason of our stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Although this is just an ordinary hotel, what is remarkable is the cleanliness and the Honesty of the staff. I was already at the airport when the reception texted me telling me that I overpaid so they will send the excess through Cebuana Lhuillier. This act of honesty is worth mentioning as they could choose to keep it after all I may not know about it. For this, I will recommend the Hotel. Honesty is still the best policy. Everyone is safe with honest people.

Paragon Suites is like a home away from home. Everytime i step out of the taxi, i feel so at ease and safe. The greetings from the guard, the alertness of the waiters to assist me with my luggage and the genuine smile of the frontdesks make me feel so light and relieved from stress. They all have happy faces, what can i say? The rooms are nice and equipped with good amenities. It has been proven also that the housekeepers are honest and trustworthy, One time i didnt notice that i left my ipod in the drawer and i had checked out already, i just got a call from the hotel that i left something in the room and im so grateful with what they did. Since then i became their regular guest and enjoyed my regular guest discount. It"s so nice that everytime i come back there it feels like im in my own house

firstly the hotel is inexpensive and just basic ,,, but the most annoying aspect are the staff ,, I got the impression that the Chinese owners just left it to the staff to run the place , I found some staff very rude and the attitude of some to be despicable ,,, ive stayed there a few times and the hotel has gone down in my rating ,,, there is no ambience in the place and if you complain your ignored and treated with appalling behaviour ,,, although this is an hotel its not run like it should be its like it or lump it attitude ,,,one particular member of staff just threw the fob key at us and just wouldn't speak ,,,, my advice 500 yards down from this tip is a new hotel the royal same price ,,lovely rooms ,,rooftop resteraunt excellent staff and there wifi works unlike paragon

I look for budget hotels when I travel. I don't require much other than respect, cleanliness, and price. A tour guide in Manila recommended Paragon Suites. I am typing this review in the lobby during my second of two nights here. My experience here is very good. The staff is outstanding and the room is just fine for me. For the price and service I believe this review deserves 5 stars. My breakfast was simple but delicious. Did I mention room service is free? That simply doesn't exist where I come from (San Francisco California). This is only the second review I have every written. I wanted to take the time to write this because it is deserving.

I stayed here for almost a week when I arrived at the place I was in doubt, the place was dark starting from the parking area up to the lobby and it creeps me. I don't have problem with the staff because they are all accommodating but the problem is they don't know how to groom theirselves especially the waiters their uniforms is so untidy they didn't even bother to iron it and another is there is this waiter who has long nails it is so improper. And another thing that annoys me they assured to me that there is an internet connection but until the day I checked out there is no internet. poor management.

Don't let the beautiful website photos deceive you! There is nothing beautiful about this sorry excuse for a hotel!

The rooms are spacious but very very dark! Got the standard room and there was no window! The carpet looked like it hasn't been washed for decades!

The shower area is tiny! They provide soap and shampoo but it's the kind you buy from any sari-sari store!

Overall, please for the love of God! Stay away from this awful hotel totally not worth your time or money!

It's super UGLY!

The Wi-Fi service to the rooms and every corridor, is only a dummy signal, and cannot connect onto any network.

The warm water in shower always came 10min late.

The shower has no water in broad daylight when you are just about to rush out for an appointment.

No compensation given to the customer for their substandard service.

I stayed there for three days and it seems that the hotel is not well managed. Their lobby stinks like dried fish and their couch is really damaged you can see the foam popping out in it. haha! Yes they say its a home away from home because when you stay there its like your just in your house and nothing special the room is just simple and old and the shower always gets broken. And another thing is you can hear noises from the other room because its not a sound prof wall which will bother you every night hearing other peoples noise doing their thing which is so awkward and so you'll end up awake all night.

It's a taxi ride away depending on traffic taking between 40 to 60 minutes costing, about 350 - 400 PHP on the meter. My experience was a Grab car was more expensive going to the airport from downtown on my way out so I would suggest you go to the taxi rank at the airport.

Not 100% sure but I think there are five floors all of which can be reached by elevator from the ground floor. I think the rooms on the fifth if I remember correctly are prefixed with the number 4 but I cannot help you with your room number because I am a fellow traveller and do not know the details of your booking. But there is an elevator so the business of getting upstairs should not be too much of an issue.
